I love Publix, but it's getting too expensive. Their meats are expensive and hoping they don't use meat glue for some of their steaks.

Placed an order online for 2 subs that was confirmed via email and supposed to be ready at 8:55pm. Store closes at 10pm. Got to the counter to pick up my food and the lady says they cant make my sandwiches (no more tenders?!) So freaking annoying! Whats the point of offering subs if the employees are too lazy to actually make them? Why is it so hard for everyone in Miami to just do their jobs!?
