I changed my rating. Actually, Mrs. Natalia told me she is the Deli manager. She is unprofessional. She told me that they do not make a roasted chicken wrap and I have bought it previously. I had decided to spend my birthday with this food and she refused. I did not understand the answer since they sell salad with roasted chicken and they chop it. There is the half chicken. I have bought it several times. Apparently, she makes decisions based on how she sees the person's appearance. This Publix has problems with this department. Otherwise, I would say that it is a good Publix. There is no doubt that it is discrimination against me.
I told them I wanted a half chicken with salad and they refused to chop it, which they sell daily. I would like someone to take care of this.
They succeeded in making me feel bad on my birthday just because Mrs. Natalia felt that I did not deserve to have chopped chicken left over from my purchase. I want the general manager to address this. Thank you. My previous opinion was 5 stars for this Publix. Reading I could understand that 90% of the low ratings refer to this ham and sandwich department.

Its been Twice that i have ordered a sub online for pickup and both times i got there they told me they didnt receive the order but yet they charged me that doesnt make any sense and ive had to wait for them to make it when im rushing like what is the point to order it online if they’re not gonna have it when i get there. They need to figure out whats going on with the orders that they are not receiving, but are somehow charging.

Good afternoon! Almost every week I go shopping with my mother at Publix and the place is really clean and organized. My 77-year-old mother went to the bathroom and the girl told her that she was cleaning, I understand it but she wasn't able to ask the older lady if she was okay, so my mother relieved herself outside the bathroom because she couldn't stand it and she walked like that towards his house. Remember that she may be your mother and help her in any way you can. They are the greatest thing we have. Thank you!

Check the expiration date on foods. Sometimes there expire ok for quick pick-up.

The worst poblix I've been to in my life. I bought Haagen Danz ice cream on several occasions and it was spoiled, I had to call and report it, for this reason I no longer buy this ice cream in this place. I bought a yogurt yesterday from the Chobani brand, it is also spoiled. same boxes there obviously no customer is going to buy an open or semi-open box of cookies, they should remove it from the shelves because it is not suitable for consumption, it could be contaminated. And finally, not to mention the chopped fruits, in my case I buy melon, I no longer spend my money on this. What a pity, all this has never happened to me in any other poblix.
