I visit this Publix for the first time and I see that in the Deli there are older people and also young people, which I don't understand because the trash is so dirty without lids and there are flies that of course I haven't been able to catch. I am sorry to see that these businesses are deteriorating if optimal cleaning is not maintained.
No more pot passage here. I hope they get over this. Thank you.

My first visit to a Publix chain and after hearing so many great things, my experience was far from 5 stars. The store was stocked and clean however there was expired salmon on display that smelled badly and when I brought it to the attention of the team member in seafood department I got nonchalant response the person who runs department called off today. It was same with organic poultry on display I bothered to not inform another team member settling for other chicken breast with current expiration date. I didn’t think my experience could get any worse but at checkout i requested a razor and the manager retrieved and verified the price displayed was incorrect but it would be honored, I thought great customer service. Wrong, the cashier was rude had an attitude when I informed her the manager said price would be honored due to old sticker she went back and forth briefly then finally honored price. For what I spent in one shopping trip highly disappointed with the customer service at Publix. Hopefully this feedback will be training for all team members at this location. Thank you!

Worst Publix I’ve ever been to. 30min for a sandwich, with only 1 person in front of me. Then he took another 10min to do my 2 sandwiches. No one employee in the store had a care in the world to be there, or to give a sense of urgency. I’ve been in management, I wanted to fire everyone and start over.

It is a smaller publix in relation to others or perhaps its distribution makes it look that way. The staff is very easy to get along with. The new administration is not very communicative with customers when they have questions

Went to get 6 pub subs and it took over an hour and a half to get them all made. 3 were tender subs that were cold by the time we got them. Absolutely ridiculous! From central Fl and have never had it take so long for a sandwich!!!
