have no idea why that receiver average 3.0 rating score , should be 1.5 rating , all negatives are correct and true, had an appt for 8:30am , empty with papers at 2pm , took an hours to get PODs , so be ready for late check out, they also got lumper fee

Unloading does take a while at times, but cool overall. Time for a new warehouse though. Lol!

Not bad, 3 hours to unload +/- 20 pallets. Note that check in is no earlier than 2 hours before your appointment.

If you are delivering here. Be patient
.Every time I come here, they take a few hours to unload the trailer . You can check in 2 hours before your appointment time. There is some parking on the side of the street on the back of the building if you come too early when they are close.

Staff members were just nice but plan to be here at least 5 hours with lumper fees.

Only truck gate is on the EAST side of the building. Enter on east side, exit on west side.
Fairly quick unloading for a food whse. Lumper fee was average cost.
The gravel area people park on on the southside is a no parking and no trespass zone. Cops may or maynot show up. They can tow if you don't move or answer the door when they bang on it.

Worst place ever six hours and still waiting. Boycott this place, I will never take a load for Publix. I know there is always a looser.

It is a good place the entrance is at NE 2nd Ct. Nice and profesiinal security, very easy and ckear. Check in at door 82. I do not know who found Publix, but you feel like You are in Cuba Comunist with american people. Driver can use the restroom and lounge inside.

Good checkin for 5am appointment
Quick into a dock. Rather quick unload, no lumper. Would've been 5 stars but the receiver dude is rude AF. No people skills or anything. If you don't like dealing with people , find a different job bro.
No overnight parking, but the street behind has spaces but it fills up fast .
