My wife and I sometimes use INSTACARD to get our order, I can say that it is usually good, all items are what we order except the orders from the Deli, when ordering items from the Deli if you order Ham, or other cold cots you have to select the cut you desire, we select (SANDWICH CUT) there is someone in the Deli that apparently doesn't know or doesn't care, that person slices are like dinner slices and that is not right, the Deli Manager should pay close attention to this, that person doing this is not a good customer service as a matter of fact it is very poor customer service, that is why my star selection is so bad, every other thing is fine.
I hope the store General Manager takes action on this issue.

With sadness I comment on my Publix, as for the last year I have been experiencing complete lack of customer service from Management, stockers, and other Departments with the exception of the Pharmacy department, the pharmacy works extremely hard to get your medication full-filled. My complaint is managers not acknowledging a good morning, or attempt to go out of their way to find a product for you or an employee telling you that that is not their department.
Also many products after Covid take very long to be restocked. There’s several employees that work very hard and should be recognized and compensated especially everyone in the pharmacy, and a few in the meat department. I really hope that this reaches management and things go back to the old days.
