Am never using this company again. My package was lost. They blamed usps. The problem is probably with usps but they always blame usps. They never take any responsibility.

Had my FedEx Item delivered since Dec 29 2021, Patiently waiting, haven't gotten any update from these people.

They lost my package. Sent 2 emails, no response!
When i call, they deny all responsibility and put the blame on UPS. Whereas I've opened 2 cases with Usp to find the package and results always come back to it being delivered to them. Therefore I lost 600$ and no one is taking responsibility!
