The people are rude and not willing to help you. I called the people act like they don’t know what I was saying and just hanged up in my face

I come here occasionally, only if I really, really need a grocery item quickly. None of the items have price tags, so you have to ask the attendant how much it costs. Also, the staff does not understand simple English.

As an owner since 2016, I have to say Quantum today is outstanding!!! It's a lot more than just a building, it's a community. Thanks to the hard work of the current HOA Board, staff at First Service and the entire building staff, there are so many improvements that transformed Quantum into a great place. The elected HOA leaders / volunteers are good people and sacrificed a lot of their time & heartburn to make these positive changes. THANK YOU!!! It's the people who make the difference. All staff members are friendly, helpful and seem genuinely happy to be there. Gone are the negative people who were here 2-3 years ago. The transformation over the last 18 - 24 months is amazing. I'm very happy and have no plans to sell.

Excellent communication and management from the HOA team. Patricia Basden is an amazing property manager hands on and very caring for the well being of the residents. Her attentiveness, detailed and assistance create a great living experience at Quantum. Thank you, Pat!

Don't live here. The elevators never work and there are multiple HOA associations within the building that are at war with each other and they flood your inbox with obnoxious messages. This building is an unmitigated disaster.

I recently bought an apartment at the Quantum and so far it has been a great experience, wonderful location and I have the best views I could ask for for the price I paid. Totally recommended!

If you're looking for terrible management this is your place. 2/4 of our elevators haven't been working for 4 weeks now and management still acts like they are working to solve the problem. No joke, this is the most incompetent group of people that could run an apartment building.

I originally planned to live here at least 1 year, but by the second month I could not wait to leave. I don't even know where to start: The poor management, the rude office staff that hate their jobs, the sexual harassment by the front desk (and lack of response to my written complaint to the office about it), the lies to make up ways to fine you (completely unfounded), the poorly maintained building, the unannounced entries to my unit by staff when I was not there and coming home to find my personal things moved or on the floor, the constant fire alerts, the incompetent people at the management office... After 11 hellish months , I was able to move to Brickell to a classier place, with an outstanding office, spotless facilities and above all where they make you feel welcome. Please just stay away.

The gentlemen at the front desk today March 9th at 3pm deserves to get fired for the level of disrespect he shows to people when they walk in. I cannot even believe you allow this guy to get through the interview process. As a front desk person you are there to help people not treat them like some scum of the earth. I asked him how to get to the back elevator he laughs at me and says just go around back. Ok where is "around back?" He laughed and said just go to the right. I walk and go to the first door I see, go into an elevator which then just brings me to the lobby I was just standing in. He then yells at me that I "NEED TO GET BACK INTO THE ELEVATOR " I then ask him to be more clear where I am suppose to go? He ignores me and doesn't says word. I get back in them go to the other floor available which is a parking garage. No signage saying where a back elevator supposedly is. I go back to the front of the building and this front desk person doesn't open the door to answer my questions but then calls valet and tells him to tell me what to do??? I thought it was "around the back" he made it sound so simple. In reality I've been now walking about for 15minutes and he should have told me. Walk to the garage, to the left hand side (again no signage at all saying there is a back elevators) there is a hidden entrance to a gate which he then needs to push the button to let me in. On top of this he doesn't press the floor so I'm clicking it while I'm going up and down to different peoples floors who are using the elevator and finally my floor glows when click again after another 5minutes on the elevator. Absolutely ridiculous!

Absolutely horrible. Management and staff treat you like a prisoner. It is unclear what the board is doing, or even how many members of the board live in the actual building. Quantum is a miserable place to live, but I can't sell, because I believe the word is out about this board's reign of terror.

Purchased a unit back in 2012 and sold it in Oct 2018. We fixed ujp the filthy dump we bought and made it a beautiful unit with 13 foot ceilings. Awesome view of the bay from the 9th floor loft. While the unit was great, I give this a 3 star because at the time, the association B.O.D was and probably still is a fighting mess with big ego'd people. The HOA is also really high. What I learned is that I will NEVER buy another condo as my main home.

Quantum still has us on extreme lock down restrictions and they are taking advantage of their tenants in the midst of a pandemic. A $100 cleaning fee to "disinfect" a service elevator for a mattress delivery is absurd. All other elevators are used with high volumes of people yet these service elevators are all of a sudden the only ones that require $100 "disinfecting" fee. Trying to profit off your tenants in times hardship is very distasteful. I guess they didn't learn the first time they got sued for overcharging tenants with ridiculous move-in fees.

I like coming to visit a friend of mine that lives here. He lives on a high floor, so, watching the sunset is one of my favorite things to do when visiting him. I've taken lots of amazing photos from his balcony. It's cool watching the planes come and go out of Miami International Airport too. You have to wear a mask when entering the building, and the person that you're visiting needs to put you on a list 24 hours before you visit.
