I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I should have checked the reviews before even going there. The staff are rude and arrogant like nothing I have ever experienced before. I went there for a drug test on Wednesday at 3:00 PM I was told to come back next day at 6:30 AM. The next day I arrived I checked in but an hour and half later I was still there. When I checked with the staff I told her one of them told me to come back tomorrow at 6:30 AM and the kiosk said the wait is between 30;60; and 90 minutes but I have been here for 2 hours. She then responded the kiosk is not accurate and the staff yesterday was wrong to tell me to come at 6:30 AM. Although I was given misinformation and I was there for over 2 hours they refused to accommodate me. I don't know why there’s not an action lawsuit against them specially for those who weren't able to get an employment because this place couldn't accommodate them. This place is pure trash ♻️

Today I went to that laboratory without an appointment because it is written online that they serve you without Apoinment. After registering without Apoinment today, there was information that indicated that you can wait from 30 meters to 60 meters and it didn't seem like a long time to me; It occurred to me to talk to a technician to explain that my son has Debetes T-1 and was fasting and in what approximate time they could see me and he calmly told me that at 2PM from 630AM I arrived, I explained my situation with the child again and nothing, not even an attempt to help me at all. He even recommended where I could call to make my complaint about it when I told him that I wanted to speak with a supervisor. I give zero to that Lab

The worst quest ever, everyone is in the waiting room waiting and they haven’t been called for 2 or 3 hours, you ask one of the workers and they tell you 4 hours of wait time absolutely ridiculous. I work for a hospital and it does not take 4 hours to do bloodwork, there was a distressed lady in the waiting room and they did not care absolutely cruel. Do not go here!!!!!

Horrible service and unacceptable delays. If people have to wait 45-60 minutes for a scheduled appointment, then they have to either hire more staff or reduce the number of appointments.

An observation with all due respect, Too slow, they should have had a PERSON WHO OPENED THE DOOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE FIRST SHIFT, A LOT OF TIME IS WASTED WHEN ENTERING THE MACHINES TO BE ABLE TO PUT THE INFORMATION IN, THEN THE FIRST SHIFT IS NEVER ON TIME, AND THE REST OF THE PEOPLE END UP WAITING 20 MINUTES OR MORE, YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER THAT THERE ARE ADULT PEOPLE, THAT YOU HAVE TO HELP THEM, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SAME AGILITY, FOR THE MACHINES, AND OUT OF RESPECT FOR THEM, YOU HAVE TO GO BEHIND THE ROWS, UNTIL THEY FINISH, PLEASE CONSIDER THIS........, AND GIVE A FASTER SERVICE, THANK YOU

This Quest center is terrible. The attention was horrible and the supervisor was extremely rude. I was having a problem that I was trying to resolve between them and my insurance and they were not willing to help whatsoever. They even cancelled my appointment and told me that if I wanted to be seen that I would have to wait until the end of the day. I arrived on time for my appointment and had all my documents in order, so it was their incompetence that led to all this. Do NOT come here.

I’ve been there with an appointment, my name it was on the screen, regardless the fact, that the nurse came out call my name to tell me I need to do the check in one more time and wait on the line again, and she goes “I’m not here to answer you, I can’t do anything, you see that we have a lot of people and I can’t attend you” impolite, rude and unprofessional. Never ever again here!

This place is disrespectful for the customer, today 2 of the employees were dealing with me like I am an animal , literally she was shouting at me in front of the whole people were waiting because I was asking her where can I get my code , and then she is like I have job I need to do inside , this is the first and the last time . You guys are dealing with patients, human beings, what a shame , before joining the medical field you should be in compliance with the careers standards, I won't come back , not recommending to anyway.

To give a star... you have to figure out how to register the app... the lady who comes out from time to time who wears glasses, if you're lucky and looks at you in the face, you can ask her a question... luckily she wears a mask, otherwise you could get hurt by a bite

I'm sorry everyone who had a bad experience at this location. However, my visit was short and sweet . My appointment was at 2 pm, less than five waiting time due to the priority of having an appointment.
Met my nurse Miguel, who was amazing and gentle with the process of drawing blood. Fast and efficient and was out by 2:15.
