I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. It’s conveniently located close to my house, which made it super easy to get to. The staff was friendly and professional, the check-in was quick, and the entire process was smooth. I received my results faster than expected. Highly recommend!

Roxana the lab tech is extremely skilled. I have difficult veins…..not for her…. I was called within 1 minute of my appointment time. Great job. I know people who are skilled, well mannered, and who value customers. Roxana is one of these people and is an asset to your organization. Kudos to you all. Keep it up.

Tried dropping off a 24 hour urine collection and was told I needed an appointment. I had tried to schedule one earlier but the only available were the following Thursday after my doctor's appointment (8 days as of this review). This surprised me because I had dropped off a sample without an appointment before. So far I've waited 2 hours with my sample on the floor. It's not refrigerated so hopefully this doesn't affect the results. Quest needs to rework how they handle drop offs.

Only come with an appointment!!!!! If you don’t have an appointment they won’t see you and you’ll be sitting there all day.

Their customer service is horrible !!!!!! At 1 pm they decide they won’t see anyone else … we’ve been waiting with an appt since 10:40 am

The service and the customer service is horrible!! They do not work properly!! They are super slow, moody, rude and do not assist the walk-in ever. They assist the appointments only, and the walk-in is never called. After waiting 3 hours with my fasting diabetic elder mother, I had to leave without being called!

The phlebotomist was very pleasant and professional the way she welcomes me to her office and addressed all my questions. She made feel very comfortable and relax during the procedure.
