During the last two months, I have visited this Quest location three times, but each visit encountered significant problems. The limited office hours, closing as early as 2 pm, have been very inconvenient. Also, the long lines of patients waiting for service, often wrapping around the building, indicate a clear strain on your operational capacity. I have two suggestions for improvement. Firstly, consider increasing staff to handle the demand for laboratory services better. Alternatively, if expanding current capacity is not possible, it might be wise to openly communicate this limitation to referring doctors and patients. I also want to address the difficulties faced in setting appointments. In today's digital era, the lack of an online booking system for appointments is quite surprising. Requiring people to call a hotline for scheduling adds unnecessary complications and adds to the frustration felt by patients. Unfortunately, the consistent issue of long wait times, regardless of having an appointment or not, highlights an underlying problem of disorganization in your facility. Therefore, I am forced to look for other options for laboratory services, despite your location's proximity to my workplace. Prompt and efficient healthcare service is vital, and the current situation is not acceptable.

Honestly depends on which location you go to... I went to one that i was a walk in on a Saturday i was sitting patiently since 6:30am when they opened. I was there before standing in line. I see my name on the screen and im supposed to be next and the people before me in line were already in and out. Almost an hour or two passes and my name disappeared and i still haven't been called.. It's 30 minutes before closing and i finally ran out of patience and asked and they couldn't even find my name on the list anymore.. It was very frustrating since i know it was and i saw it on the TV. The man told me to leave and come as a walk in the following saturday again. I did not. I was able to find an appointment for the following saturday at a different location and it was awesome! Called me in less than 10 minutes and when I told her my experience she was in shock that it happened to me and even explained to me how to leave my sample because in the other location they made certain people check in as a walk in and have to wait hours to possibly not be called. The woman told me how to put on the tablet that its just drop off and when i went again to yet again a different location it was very quick. It's a hit or miss on which location you go to. You will either find people who care and people who don't.

It seems like the place makes you feel like you're just another number, and everything is slow and inefficient, even if you have an appointment. They also forget to mention that you need to make an appointment to bring a sample back. It's a frustrating cycle.

This review is for my experience with Roxana, the phlebotomist at Quest, which was horrendous. Not only did she exhibit abysmal customer service, but she also demonstrated complete disregard for patient preferences and consent. Despite being called in 40 minutes late for my appointment, that wasn't even the worst part. When I specifically requested a butterfly needle, Roxana dismissed my request, deeming it as something "for babies," and proceeded to jab a needle into my arm without my consent. Who in their right mind sticks a needle into someone without their consent? Quest should reconsider employing individuals like Roxana who lack basic respect for patients and their choices.

If you have an emergency and are unable to make an appointment be ready to wait 4-6 hours as a walk in! And if you have a drug test for a job go somewhere else they do not care if you are waiting to hold your pee or anything and the only excuse/answers is "call quest". I guess ones you do the same job all the time you loose the human side and become desensitized!!!

Horrible service, the lady came out in the worst possible way to say that on Saturdays they do not serve without appointment because they have 100 appointment and they do not guarantee to attend to everyone in line. I felt lime when I lived in cuba like an animal very bad. Worse than an animal this should not happen because it is a lack of respect for the people who need a service and could nor make an appointment on line. Thats why i went today Saturday I explained it to the lady who took my blood ans she rudely responded that was not true calling me a liar someone should do something to stop this from happening because this lack of everything here is too much.

I am pregnant & went to a quest location & signed in at 7:30am as walk in. My husband approached a lady, Ivonne & explained to her I am pregnant & needed to do blood work. She said I had to wait. I waited patiently & got called at 9:20. I am 26 weeks & needed to get my glucose test done. Ivonne said she cannot do my glucose test because they close in an hour & I have to get blood drawn drink the glucose water & then wait an hour to get blood drawn. Mind you the location closes at 10:30am. I explained to her I have to get it done because I am pregnant, 26 weeks & I’ve been there since 7:30 & explained to her that I was pregnant. She clearly didn’t care & did every other test but my glucose. I find this very inconsiderate because she herself is a mother as she mentioned to me & she knows how Important it is to get the test done in time before the appointment. My appointment is this Thursday & of course I will not get my test result in time because she neglected my glucose test when an hour exactly would’ve been at 10:20 not 10:30am.

Regardless whether you have an appointment or not there’s always a long wait! A true example of disorganization. Both my fiancé and myself have been here on different days of the week and time of day with and without an appointment to no avail. This location is relatively close to my home, but we will never return here. I would rather drive the extra mile to another location. My time is very valuable and I don’t appreciate the long wait to be seen! ?

This my review about Quest, the lab, and Tammy, the attendant regarding my visit of Friday, August 10, 2023. I was impressed with the service received, the overall cleanliness of the lab, and the professional care received by Tammy who did an excellent job while dealing with my difficult veins. Thank you!

I was a bit nervous to go to any Quest Diagnostics in general because of all the horrible reviews and stars at all locations near me. I chose this location mainly because I also had to do a typical drug and alcohol test that an employee would ask for and online it said only certain locations offered that and this was one of them.I couldn’t get an appointment online because there were none available, so after reading all the mixed reviews on google on whether or not they took walk-ins and how that would be I decided to go on a whim and see if I could do a walk-in. I went on a Monday, got there a little past 7am, and I actually had a great experience. When you walk in, it’s the usual chairs like a waiting room, but there wasn’t a person to check you in, it was those little kiosk stands that you enter your name, number, and scan your ID to log your information to get an “appointment” as a walk-in. The “soonest” available was 7:30am and it gave me the option to either wait in the waiting room or send a text when it was almost time for me to be called in! I obviously chose the “send a text” to wait in my car and almost immediately after returning to my car I was called in!It was much quicker than I expected, but maybe I also got lucky. The lady to tended to me was nice and I have to give a shout out to a gentleman who was there that was very friendly, energetic and helpful. As he called people in, he was open to those who may have had any questions or weren’t too sure how to use the kiosk. There was one other lady that during my time there I saw help a few people with the kiosk process as well. They even offered me water since I had to do a urine test and was having some issues.I really liked how the TV on the inside even said how many people were being tended to, how many people had appointments within the next hour, and then as it filled up it seemed as though it started listing the people who were next. You can see from the picture I added a bit how it looks.Overall, it was NOT as bad as all the reviews said it was….at least at this location. It was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly.

I had a great experience with my 6 year old son today. Patrick was our nurse and he is the most sweet, kind, fun and professional person working here :) he made my son feel safe, cared for and not afraid and the other nurses that were there, did the same. Thank you for making his scary experience a sweet one ❤️?? more places need more staff like you.

I must say I was nervous about going here because of all the bad reviews, and not having an appointment. The staff was nice, helped everyone sign in, and the place was clean. Im not sure if this is a new crew of people for Saturdays, but My experience here was great! I came in at 6:40 AM and was headed home by 7:05 AM.

This Quest Diagnostics is in such an easy location to find, very clean and sanitize, it was very easy to check in virtually, the wait time was very short, and the staff was very professional, friendly, and informative. I am very impressed with my service here.
