This is the first time in a long time that I was able to get a quick appointment. I got to the site and did not have to wait. The phlebotomist was excellent.

I went to Quest Diagnostics located at 16217 SW 88th St.
Melissa, was the person who took care of me. She was wonderful. I am not easy to find my veins. She took her time, prepared me, and got the vein right the first time, that hadn't happened to me in a very long time.
Despite being young, Melissa has a lot of knowledge of her work, and it's clear she does it with pleasure.
She told me that she is a floater in Quest Diagnostics.

My appt
Was fine
My issue is that you cannot communicate with a human before the appointment. Your system does not allow for cancelations
Very robotic. Even in your center, staff is unable to answer much. This is not a criticism of the staff in the center merely a suggestion in dealing with patients, & being able for patients to answer a question that your automated, robotic system does not offer.

This Quest location is extremely efficient. Had an appointment at 7:30. Within seconds of signing in I was called back. Best ever.

This place is horrible. Even if you have an appointment you have to wait hours. It's always super full. If they can, Labcorp is a thousand times more organized and they serve you right away. I don't recommend this place to anyone

Very bad customer service. Very slow with the excuse that they go on break at 10 in the morning. Terrible, I recommend going with an appointment because without an appointment it is a disgrace.

I arrived without an appointment at 10 to 6 and at exactly 6 the patients began to come in, in half an hour I had the analyzes done. Very good attention from the staff.

Horrible waiting time as a walkin
Arrived at 6:20 am and it’s 9:10 am and still waiting. IRS been over an hour and half they don’t call anyone from the stand by list.

I made the appointment online which wasn't easy to do. I got help at my doctor's office. But my visit was quick and no complications. The staff was friendly and helpful.
