My Mom and I always go to the Quest on 138 Ave. and 8th St. She went this time and she always asks for Reynier Rivero (when I go I ask for him too). He is very kind and caring and always treats us like family, and is a very experienced phlebotomist. He is an example of what every health care worker should be.

It was very smooth and fast. I had it done via my phone. Did not have to use the Kiosk. They called my name with in 2 minutes of getting there. The young lady who was the phlebotomist was very professional and friendly. She also got me in and out quickly. I don't think I was there more then 15 minutes.

I only gave this location one star because I had to in order to leave a review. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Quest Diagnostics. The wait time was outrageously long, and the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. What disturbed me most was how they spoke to the elderly patient, people who were simply trying to understand why they had been waiting over an hour and a half. Watching them be treated with such a lack of compassion and professionalism was truly upsetting. I strongly advise against visiting this Quest location.

I always go to this Quest location. Reinier (Rey) is very professional and they honor your appointment time. I highly recommend this location. Walk ins should not be accepted.

There are employees in this laboratory with a lot of ethics and love for the treatment of an older lady who I believe is a supervisor and is too rude. I couldn't connect the urine sample to my 2-year-old child and the person who took care of him told me that I could bring it another time just by knocking on the door. When the person who had attended to me arrived, he was in his brakes and this lady told me to get on the walking list because the next available one was at 2:10 pm and I was there at 8:30 and with my child in my arms.

The service was provided on time as promised. I love the option to make an appointment online. The staff at 8th street location (Miami) was super friendly and extremely helpful with any question I had.

I have my blood drawn 4 times a year due to physiological issues. I always use the same specialisy "LETICIA" . She is the best I have ever encountered. Her Quest Office is located 138 avenue S.W. and 8 th Street Miami FL 44186.

The online appointment process is easy and effective. I appreciate the confirmation and registration texts. And...the personnel at the Tamiami location (Tamiami Trail and 137 Avenue, Miami, FL) are courteous and professional. I also appreciate having access online to my account and test results. Thank you.
