Absolutely a waste of time. When you call they tell you they will sell you the car at sticker. When you arrive it's 7500+ above. when you question the additional amount, they say demand is hi and the girl on the phone made a mistake???? so uncool... Don't waste your time or gas driving to this dealership.

Worst dealership I've ever been to in my entire life bar none. A week after I bought my car the dealership called and told me they owed $5000 because they got the payoff wrong and I needed to bring the car back immediately before they sent a tow truck to come and get it. Then, instead of apologizing, they blamed me for the wrong payoff as if it's my responsibility not a dealership did it supposed to be taken care of this is part of the purchasing process I would not get a car from Ford Kendall if they were giving it away because you'll end up owing twice, the car is worth in some sort of fee that you didn't know about this place is a scam.

Lied to. Service department fraudulent activity. I went in for an oil change, waited two hours and afterwards was handed the keys and told the car was done. I spotted the oil filter and it didn't look new, so I suspected they didn't do anything. To confirm this I checked the oil level, only for the oil to be black (this is a new car) and it was also reading low. When I confronted the service manager he acknowledged that no work happened and suggested the reason why was due to the busy shop. I have been there several times before for service and didn't have a positive experience. Shame on me for getting burned. But now you know.

Took my vehicle in for a recall, was advised part was not in and that they would have to order the part(s). I've been calling for 2 months now since then and can never get a hold of an associate or the service personnel whom attend me. Every time I call, I'm transferred several times until my call is dropped. Don't bother with this dealership.

They are very unprofessional and do not know what they going specially the short guy with glasses. Service advisors should know what they doing and what they promising. Not happy at all.

My husband and I drove an hour to get to this Ford dealership because of a falsely advertised truck. Online, they had a used truck for sale at 10,000 dollars. My husband called to confirm the price and see if it was still available. They said it was again or and made an appointment with us, we drove to see the truck and when we got there they informed us that the truck has been sent to auction and that the nearest vehicle like it would be 35,000 dollars. They basically falsely advertised to get us to drive there and sell us something else. They have no regard for their customers time, no respect. Very bad business practice. Very scummy.Will never return.

I was looking for a ford bronco and Kendal ford had good prices on line. I followed the TRUE CAR from Sam's club. The advertised car wasn't available even though it was on the lot. supposedly spoken for. I found different one. asked for price. Nice employee I thought said $60k I was ready to buy AND THEN????Price went up $10k because the car is hot???value of my trade in? 2009 Mercedes gl loaded with no issues GUESS? $2.500??? I said that they are insane. scum manager came to deal with me and tried to make the buy out price even higher. I laughed and said I'm going to different place their response was only that they were going to get their money because the car is HOT. I SAID IM A BUYE. NOT A SUCKER. I went to nearby dealership MIDWAY FORD and bought beautiful Bronco wi amazing pric and friendly customer service over all. Stay away from these greedy people

The WORST nightmare after 60 years taking my cars for repairs!!!I took my F150 on April 3, 2023 to get a diagnosis and estimate for a minor malfunction by April 27, 2023, 24 days after I dropped my car they STILL have not had neither a diagnosis nor an estimate! The excuse was that it had 3 codes wrong in the computer but they were short in staff and couldn't go deeper into the problem to give me an answer. At this point , I decided to take my car back home but when I went to pick it up it would not start. They tried to jump the car but after 30 minutes they could not jump it with their equipment so the answer was that the STARTER had gone bad while my truck was in their facility. Now was not only whatever I took the truck for 24 days,ago but it needed a new starter too. What a scam ! Finally, I had my truck towed home, it costed me $80. because the Director of Service refused to cover the cost of towing it. He's the nastiest person totally incompetent and inconsiderate. At home when the towing guy tried his small jumper the car started immediately. What about that!Unless, you are willing to wait indefinitely for a diagnosis and estimate and be subject to a scam like finding things wrong with your car that are not . Do NOT take your car to Ford of Kendall service.

I paid cash for a brand new Mustang GT convertible. The dealership pressured me to finance the car and refused to release it until 4 days later, stating that "wire transfers are unreliable" and "it can take up to 5 days for a domestic wire transfer to fund." My bank confirmed that this is absurd and that the dealership's bank acknowledged receipt of the funds yesterday. I also noted during the test drive that the check engine light was on, and they said they would take care of it. I'm finally here to pick up the car, and the check engine light is still on. I'm on day 4 of this saga, and I'm sitting in the lobby of the dealership while the service department attempts to repair the "engine control system." Terrible service, treated me like a criminal, tried to pressure me to finance a car I wanted to pay cash for, and ultimately I'm still sitting here days later ...a scrub. Hanging out the passenger side of my best friend's ride, trying to holler at Ford customer service.Do not buy from this dealer.

I took my car to get an oil change and a 60,000 mile check up (battery, tire rotation, vehicle check up, fluids, brake inspection, etc.) on a Wednesday as I would be traveling on a family vacation for a week Beginning that Saturday. I told my service advisor I would be going out of town, please check for certain specific issues I was having with my truck (gauges were flickering, auto start/stop was working) and he said he wouldn't be able to do anything since they were backed up. I said do what you can. We'll it turns out the issue all along with those items was that my battery was bad As I got stranded on the road trip. Luckily I was able to get my truck jump started drove to an auto zone and bought and replace the battery and that corrected my gauges and start/stop issue too! Issue is I paid $144 for supposed oul change and supposed BATTERY AND OTHER VEHICLE INSPECTION AND CHECK UPS. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME AS I TRULY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DID CHECK UP OTHER THAN THE OIL CHANGE. WILL DEF. OT BE GOING BACK TO FIRS OF KENDALL.

Nice cars for sale here in an extremely convenient area. Ask for Mr Riaz Ahmed, he's THE BEST employee working here. I was treated amazing like a real guest by him. He's extremely professional in ALL that he does. So many pretty cars to choose from at this location. Great group of people.
