Wow- 2 employees with extremely bad attitudes, very comfortable talking disrespectfully to a customer. What a horrible experience today at this location. The curly hair boy kept huffing and puffing and sighing and then told me “Please pay now” when I was clearly in the middle of doing that. The tall lady with long braids chimes in and attacks me in his defense. This made me lose my appetite 🤮

I had a great experience here. Exceptionally clean. Employees very friendly. I think my cashier's name was Thomas (based on receipt) superb service.

To who it May concern
Just got here to the RaceTrac service station and like always is close and it's only 8:30 p.m. went to the door the cashier said that they are under staff those were her words told her I was going to write a bad review she says go right ahead I know why cuz she's not losing money RaceTrac is due to the fact I will never spend another dollar in your store I hope they close it permanently that's what it deserves
You deserve minus 10 Stars
DeWalt customers do not take your money there RaceTrac does not appreciate it

This place is horrible. They are always closed. You see workers inside and the doors are locked. They won’t even serve gas customers at the window. I feel bad for owner because he is definitely losing money with these lazy workers. Why are you listed as a 24 hour gas station on google? I literally seen 10 plus customers walk away upset. The guy inside wouldn’t even tell us what time they reopen.

I’ve had multiple visits to this Race Trac location in the evening, and unfortunately, my experiences with one particular cashier have been consistently disappointing. On one occasion, she was rude and disrespectful, asking me to move to a different register without clearly indicating which one she was using. When I was walking to the new register, she shouted at me in an unprofessional manner, claiming that I “snapped” when I hadn’t said a word. I tried to explain, but she continued to be defensive and combative. It felt as if she was assuming I didn’t speak English, but she was mistaken.
This interaction left a bad taste, and I feel compelled to leave this review as a suggestion for management to address customer service issues. Perhaps some additional training is needed for this employee to improve her communication skills and professionalism. I also noticed that I wasn’t offered a receipt during this visit, which makes me question whether internal theft could be a concern. I’d recommend management check the cameras closely.
On top of the negative interaction with the cashier, I was also disappointed that the mineral water I wanted wasn’t in stock. It’s important for businesses to ensure their shelves are stocked, especially on weekends when foot traffic tends to increase.
It’s a shame because I used to be a regular customer, but after this experience, I’m done visiting this location. I hope the employee reflects on her actions and understands that we may look like we don’t speak English, but we’re all capable of holding a conversation. It’s time to be better.

They overcharge on the hot food. Get anything hot and it's 2.99 bacon cheeseburger. Buy a slice of pizza they charge a bacon cheeseburger. Buy a hot dog they charge a bacon cheeseburger. Buy a bag of roasted peanuts get charged a bacon cheeseburger.

Be careful when buying hot food. At the register they will ring up a slice of pizza and charge you for a bacon cheese burger. Then when you bring it up they shrug it off. Its happened multiple times to me.

This is unacceptable you guys might as well close that store down on 119th there's never workers there they always closing the store early when it's supposed to be 24 hours there's no way in hell someone going to spend their money and the person cannot even come and have the audacity to let you know it's whatever's going on right is right and wrong is wrong this is supposed to be 24 hours and I'm quite sure the owners will not like it the way that you're workers are treating the customers put in a sign on the door saying that they are close to 6:00 a.m. in the morning that is very unacceptable when that's a 24-hour gas station you guys needs to do better cuz that is so unprofessional he's ignoring people instead of coming to the window and trying to at least accommodate them with anything they need to try to do like this is ridiculous I never seen the likes of this nowhere that place always like that you guys need to shut it down

I am making a complaint because race track is supposed to be 24 hours every time I go to the one01 19 you got someone telling you that they’re closed it’s a 6 AM because it’s one person inside working when the other young man be working he don’t do that. He still help people and assist people you got this young man working in here tonight he’s not assisting. No one not even coming to tell them anything like he’s just being straight up rude he ignoring you when you go to the window act like you don’t even exist and that’s very rude and disrespectful. Specially when this business is supposed to be open 24 hours, I need a supervisor store manager someone to contact me back not happy with the service at all

It’s really sad when people spend their money and racetrack is 24 hours and you got someone in your store right now telling people that they’re closed into 6 AM when the other young man worked at that store by his self he do not do that to people he helped them the best he could, but not this one. He won’t even come to the window and let people know what’s going on. He ignores you and act like he don’t even hear you. Something has to be done about that. He has no customer service experience at all because if he did, he would’ve had the courtesy to eat at least come over there and speak to the customer to see what they want
