I couldn't find an employee to help me there might be 3 in total and they are always engaged with a customer it might be the pay is too low and that they won't hire people over 40 and the young won't work for peanuts

I recently visited Radio Shack Express at Midway Crossings in Flagler St, and it was a standout experience. The store boasts a well-organized layout with a wide array of electronics and gadgets. From the moment I entered, the staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Their expertise and friendly attitude made the shopping experience seamless.
What impressed me most was the store's commitment to stocking both popular and niche products. Whether you need a quick phone accessory, batteries, or more specialized tech components, they have it all. The store was also clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
The quick service and competitive prices make Radio Shack Express a go-to spot for all your tech needs. Highly recommended for anyone in the area looking for reliable electronics and excellent customer service.

I was easily able to find inexpensive audio conversion connections for a friend and I despite the no-refund, exchange-only policy. It's fortunate that Radio Shack has made a comeback considering so many stores have perished in the ever-changing online store business landscape.

I recently visited the Radio Shack and had an outstanding experience. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and guided to the exact sections of the store where I could find the electronic components and accessories I was searching for.
Their expertise was evident, and they patiently answered all my questions, providing valuable advice and recommendations. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
I highly recommend this Radio Shack location for its excellent customer service and helpful staff.

Is a place to go and buy electronics but the employees are not welcoming, you need to approach them to get service. Although we bout what me needed, the experience on service was flat

No returns—exchanges only. Using the COVID pandemic to keep your money. If they exchange an item, clearly they are able to keep the returned item and restock it. Why would you exchange an item which doesn’t serve your needs for something else which doesn’t serve your needs? Bottom line they keep your money. Shop elsewhere. Coming to mall of the americas for this kind of retail experience is not worth the traffic or the hassle. Outdated products as well.Sorry Robert. I already drove home (a :30 odyssey). The item which your salesperson refused to refund is in the trash outside your store at the food court.

Very limited supply of parts. The rest of the store is a mobile phone store and some off-brand electronics. Having grown up working on electronics projects, it was very exciting to discover that a radio shack still exists nearby. That excitement got squashed as I was ushered into this dark back hallway at the mobile phone store. There in the hall is a pegboard wall displaying small cable and electronics parts. They didn't have what I needed, but if you're looking for a DB-9 or coax connector, a diode or small capacitor, a bit of flux wire or small resistors, they might have what you need. You'll need to look for yourself without help from the staff... they have no idea what the stuff on this wall is! I had hoped there would be an ability to order electronic components from a database or catalog, but if they have that capability, the staff is unaware of it.
