That Indian lady that have dark hair and wears glasses is very racist . I noticed she was watching me as I was walking around the store shopping and I felt uncomfortable because I am trying to shop in peace . She was to busy watching me and other African American women in the store and didn’t know I watch her let a Spanish woman come in the store with a hole big bag and didn’t say anything to her and the lady was getting ready to steal . The Cashier had to tell her is she gonna shop she has to leave bag in the front and that’s fair because that Indian lady stop every African American woman with bags and told them to take to the front .. but the Spanish lady she let walk right pass her. And I ask the Indian lady can you help me find a gray purse. She tells me she gonna watch the people (African Americans women)shop I was very shocked and she was very unprofessional.

They kicked me out for coming in because the metal detector went off, and when I opened my bag to show them there’s nothing in here the manager shooed me away like I was a stray dog. Very poor customer service, do not come here.
To ensure that they work on their professionalism, I called corporate and filed a complaint against this store. :)

This store is always super busy I have been shopping at rainbows for over forty years but all there secret rules to exchange a product is absolutely ridiculous so if even with a receipt you don’t have the tag for the merchandise I couldn’t get a bigger size this discourage me from shopping the rainbows anymore because I keep running into issues just to get the right size I’m not asking for money back and the problem is always at 79th street flea market good bye Rainbow you have more money then me to keep giving it away.

They always close earlier than the time best to get there 1 hour before closing because they won't let you in at 5:30 p.m.

The store sells very nice clothes. But the employees are terrible. I went to the store to change a sweater and I told the employee that if she could lower me one more zise and she ate me alive, as a costumer you are going to ask that you have to hire friendlier employees. And to complete it I told the manager
What happened. What she answered me, she told me the same thing but different, what a bad time?!
