I've been a long time Rapha fan and my first visit to the store exceeded expectations. I had a nice chat with the GM Janelly, who was super passionate about cycling and coffee. Also with Kevin, who pulled me an exceptional espresso shot. Tip: they have some of the best coffee (Onyx roasters) and just so happen to have a coffee bar with a La Marzocco at the shop. The store is beautifully designed, well stocked and the 3 staff I met really made the experience amazing. Cheers y'all and thank you! ? ☕

I had a shipping issue with a Rapha online order. They were being very unresponsive online. I called the Miami store and Kevin was very professional, resolved the issue for me with his colleagues online, and called me a few hours later with a resolution. This is the beauty of shopping from a website that also has storefronts. Thanks Kevin.

One of the best customer services I’ve ever had, is not easy to find that kind of attention on these days, all vendors are exceptional, is difficult to mention just one, Janelis, Kevin, Livio, Aroldo, Clever, all are amazing. Also, the quality of the clothes is fabulous and they have a lot of designs. Highly recommended, you should visit the store, you will feel like family.

I've been here about 4 times and it has always been a great experience. The first time i went was my initial experience with the brand so was unsure about sizing, product options etc. staff was very helpful. on my most recent visit the manager Alex introduced me to some of their newer bibs and mtb gear... and on my first use of them... he was spot on with the recommendations! Perfect place for every level of cyclist.. from entry to pro.

Worst experience ever. We visited the store on May 7 this year, with some friends that came from Spain for the GFNY. They collect Rapha jerseys, so they wanted to buy the Rapha Miami jersey as they do on every city they have the opportunity. It was my first time at the famous Rapha, so I was shocked to see that the salesperson never left the counter, and didn't liked to answer any of our questions about sizing or availability. When one of my friends came to the counter to ask him directly, the sales person was giving him very vague answers, so I thought there were some communication challenges due to my friend's english level, and decided to jump into the conversation and help. The salesperson gave us an attitude, and started to acuse us of speaking loud to him (remember he never left the counter), spoke to us in a very inappropriate way, and forced us to leave...On week later we visited Rapha New work and we had the completely opposite experience, we made a nice purchase, and learned that there is not a problem with Rapha, but there is definitely a problem with Rapha Miami.

Absolutely amazing experience. The manager Alex was absolutely phenomenal in helping us dial down what I needed. Excellent service. I traveled all the way from Japan to buy some American sized Rapha clothing… (Legion Gear). Highly recommended for those seeking great customer service and knowledgeable experience.
