Worst experience ever trying to get from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. Bus was 40 mins late. Almost made me miss my flight. Don’t use this service for airport transport. Most stressful experience ever.

Should be -0 star. Bought a business class ticket, got in a filthy bus, no wifi, no TV. The driver was very rude, either cursing everyone on the road , did fingers to most. motorist or fought with someone on the phone. We expected to arrive at 2:10PM, but actually arrived @ 2:45PM. Sent email twice to the company but no one responded. Horrible, worst experience ever! Total rip-off!!!

Bad staff.it was raining very hard today and they took us out under a roof so we wouldn't get wet A+. I called the Uber and it started to rain harder. I told the Uber to go out there since my 80-year-old mother shouldn't get wet. When that young woman saw us she started yelling at us and she didn't let me explain, she just yelled very aggressively. and she told me my name is valeska and call whoever you want.
