Just had my first bad experience at Publix , and it was at this location. I've never had a bad experience at any other Publix . There is a lady that takes about 30 minutes to make one sub, completely unaware of the long line for subs. Usually Publix makes accommodations for my gluten intolerance and have gluten free options. If they don't they usually grab one from one of the isles. This Publix literally didn't, and they didn't want to get a gluten free wrap from the isle , so I left hungry and upset. Marcela takes more than 30 minutes to make 1 Sub. The other lady just had a nasty attitude.

Ally has the worst attitude ever, she need to learn how to treat people ir find another job. Disgusting, I know you don't care but I will never come back here.

Okay, so first of all I absolutely adore Publix and wish we had them in Colorado. And this one is one of my favorites. The staff is super friendly, the store is kept clean and they have everything I need and more. Their selections are incredibly varied and you can always find some yummy treat in their international section. Super awesome flowers in their flower shop and prices are super reasonable. Their produce selection is wide and produce always looks great! Whoever does their selecting and shopping is a wizard. Couple of things to note: Their cake is the absolute best and once you have publix bakery cake you'll never be able to eat anything else.( Take it from the girl who grabs a slice every time she's in town) Their fried chicken is a close second. Do yourself a favor and order both some chicken strips AND a slice of vanilla cake. You're welcome.

This is my neighborhood Publix and you can't beat the friendliness and professional service they provide. Parking is good, clean and up to date store and they look for opportunities to serve you. Very Good !!!

Excellent customer service! I was having an issue placing a deli order via the website. I asked to speak with a manager. I spoke to Chris. Chris assisted me in placing the order over the phone. I later came in to buy my groceries and unfortunately my ham and cheese went home in someone else's grocery bag. I returned back to the store with my receipt. And once again Chris assisted me in attaining my ham & cheese again. Thank you Chris for being so helpful!

I loved coming to this Publix until the pandemic . The deli is by the worse department . All these ladies do is talk and complain . If they did less of both the orders would be completed in a timely fashion . Come on management . Give them a pep talk to make the process easier instead of frustrating because they ask you to walk the store until your feet fall off . What if your only picking up deli . Well guess what they still tell you to walk the store until your feet fall off . Produce area . Everyone is helpful and kind and if what your looking for isn't available they will check in the back for you . The cashiers are also very kind except for one grump . The people in the aisles stocking are also very helpful .

I was visiting a friend and we needed a few items to complete the dinner we where making so I went to this Publix since it was nearby. Impressed is an understatement! The store was impeccable! It almost felt shameful removing items from the shelves since everything was so nicely stocked. There was one item I couldn't find and a young man named Gio went above and beyond assisting me! He exceeded my expectations and truly made me feel that this particular store is a prime example of why shopping at Publix is a pleasure! In one word... Exceptional!

I'm tired of this every time I come to this Publix after having ordered something online I always get here at the time that they designate to pick it up and it's never available because they have never started it or knew that they were supposed to. This is the second time this week alone that I've been here half an hour after ordering two subs getting here and then being like "wtf are you talking about?" "No1 ordered anything online" then them finding out that we did and that mean we're waiting another 20 minutes for them to prepare it in front of me. I'm tired of the incompetence people need jobs right now. On these women have no problem wasting my time and then smiling about it while I wait an extra 20 minutes.

Worst experince ever . Went to Thanksgiving shop. And went to pay with a gift card from Publix i got at work. After several tries the card didn't work. The cashier said to pay with other card and go to customer service which was mobbed with 2 people. They were handling a ton of people even renting cleaning machines finally i was up and was told i would have to return everything and recharge it on the Publix card??? I mean also that i could use it another tine and cone straight to customer service to pay with it . Really i mean i wanted to pay with my gift card she said thats the only way she can see if card is good . I called Publix Lakeland headquarters haven't heard anything and they could care less . Thank God we have other grocery stores. My wife went to another Publix and was reissued a card instantly! 5 minutes. So the problem is the people in our Publix just don't care the manager doesn't care i even left him messages wouldn't cone to phone this place is a disaster and Publix Lakeland doesn't care . After years of shopping here I am done I am sure they will be glad to see me go.
