Despite some of the negative reviews, I had a pleasant experience with red coach, the bus arrived promptly from Miami Airport to the various stops along the way, as others have mentioned, the bus does need a upgrade with newer seating/charging ports etc but the seats were comfortable and reclined nicely and the AC was cold. I would use this service again.

Unpleasant,the wifi was zero,the bus late and when it came there was no apology and the lady driver was rude and practically threw us out under the rain when we arrived Orlando. Wouldn't use them again

They say they are luxury buses but I bought a first class ticket and the bus was super dirty, my seat was with pee, the driver was super rude and threw our bags! Don’t recommend it at all

My mom paid for business class seats for my trip home from college. The bus that picked us up was not a business class bus. It was an ASTRO Travel bus, which had no wifi, meaning I couldn't do any work on the way home. In other words, we got screwed over, because they didn't tell us about this change.

I recently traveled on this bus service and while I appreciated the punctuality in terms of departure and arrival times, I was disappointed with several aspects. The bus was noticeably unclean and showed signs of age, including an unpleasant odor. Despite purchasing first-class tickets, I was assigned to a business-class bus. I've contacted customer service, and I'm currently awaiting a response from the supervisor regarding the refund difference via email, but I’m not confident. I’ll get a response back without having to follow up but we will see.The seating was far from satisfactory, with worn-out leather and discolored plastic. The power outlets at each row seemed haphazardly installed, giving the impression of a makeshift setup. Overall, the bus interior appeared dated and in need of an upgrade.Furthermore, during the journey, the driver was consistently on his headset, which detracted from the overall experience.Given my recent experience, I'm inclined to explore alternative transportation options, such as flying or using the Brightline, for future trips between Orlando and Miami."

The driver was driving to fast, passenger were bouncing up and down in there seats. People's were telling the driver to slow down.

All buses are surely not the same but I will say that Red Coach USA has made the experience much more pleasant. My driver Victor is a great driver and he actually made sure trash was picked up before we boarded. He was very professional and made sure we knew how to access wifi and the scheduled stops . Thank you Victor for easing my anxiety!

RedCoach is the single most abysmal company I've ever used.On September 7th, I boarded a first class bus from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando. Within 20 minutes of leaving the station, the bus broke down on the side of the turnpike. What followed was a FOUR hour ordeal where I had to stand on the side of a highway with no food, very little water, and no AC. Waited hours for a mechanic who said there was nothing he could do, and at the end of it I had to take an economy coach bus the entire journey 4 hours after I was supposed to arrive at my destination.Four hours. In the chaos, I also lost my Beat headphones.I was told that I would be getting compensation for my ordeal and my lost item.That compensation took the form of a $25 voucher for another bus. I made it clear to them that I will never be using their services again. They explained I would get additional compensation and to wait for an email that never came. Just got off the phone and my case is closed. So I'm left with no headphones and garbage compensation that I'll never use. NEVER USE RED COACH

The Seats are comfortable alright but I thought that paying for First Class I would get a Closer seat to the front and the only option was the last row next to the bathroom which smelled awful. I had to ask Driver to spray lysol or clean it. Luckily I was able to share the front seat with a driver in training. If it wasn't for this I don't know what I would have done.

WOW what a horrible and inefficient company. The bus drivers are extremely nice and helpful but the customer service reps are so incredibly incompetent that it shocks you how people this ignorant and rude exist in the world. First of all, customer service is located somewhere in South America and they have no clue as to the availability on the buses. I was attempting to change my bus to an earlier time. The kind bus driver got on the phone with the rep and said he had 18 seats available. The person "helping" me literally cancelled my reservation without my authorization before checking if she could move me to an earlier time (which she could not). She then stated I had to pay more for the exact same seat because the prices changed the day of travel. Then, when I called back I asked the woman to stay on the phone with me when I ordered the ticket (that now costs more) to ensure I can actually get a ticket for the bus that the rep cancelled. She was so unhelpful and without me stating that I no longer needed assistance, hung up because she did not want to stay on the phone. PLEASE SAVE YOU MONEY, EMOTION, AND TIME before booking with redcoach. Use another bus service or the new bullet train!

It doesn't even deserve one star. On Jun 28 I purchase a ticket from PSL to Miami Airpot. The bus just pass through and didn't stop, so I took a Uber to the airport. Trying to receiving my money back, send emails, messages , whats app....NOBODY answer anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER MORE !!!!!!
