SHOCKINGLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Such a joke. Ordered a dress and paid for my girlfriend. Turns out reformation never sent it. After several weeks i contacted them and was offered no apology, no compensation, and the partial refund didn't ever cover the shipping costs (even though there was no shipping!!) AVOID UNTIL THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS PROPERLY. Pathetic company.

I want to begin by stating that my initial encounter at this establishment a few weeks back was satisfactory, without any noteworthy highlights. I would also like to emphasize that I am not in the habit of leaving Google reviews. Normally, I am an online shopper, and with that, the risk of an item not fitting correctly is always present. Unfortunately, I had to return a dress and two tank tops this time around.Upon arriving at the store, I observed three associates. One associate was attending to a guest, while another took notice of my presence but chose to ignore me as they walked past me, then circled back, made eye contact, and still failed to acknowledge me, despite my efforts to gain their attention. Subsequently, another associate walked by as I remained standing there, feeling lost, yet they failed to assist me. At this point, I expressed my dissatisfaction that I had been blatantly ignored. I had intended to inquire about a few additional items, but I opted against it due to the hostile atmosphere that left me with an unpleasant impression.I come from an extensive retail background, having worked my way up from a part-time sales associate to a leadership role, and if any of my employees behaved in the manner demonstrated by the associates in this establishment, I would have taken issue with it. It seems to be challenging enough these days to receive even a simple smile, regardless of its authenticity, from sales associates. Do better.

I like Reformation and own quite a few of their pieces. I've been to a Reformation store before but today was my first visit to the Miami location. The dressing rooms are pleasant and I like the screen option, light settings and closet. The service was 50-50. The young woman working was pleasant but I ended up being helped by a man with blue hair with getting a dressing room. He was incredibly unpleasant and unhelpful and dampened my shopping experience. I've never felt like more of a bother just by asking for my size and a dressing room.

The brand is not as sustainable as it claims to be. Most of their material is made of rayon/viscose that sheds micro plastics. Silk production kills silk worms.

I bought an item with a discount. The item happened to be poor quality and I wanted to return it. I emailed the customer service with pictures and didn’t even receive a reply. When I texted them they told me it was marked as a final sale and not eligible for a return or a refund even though it’s impossible to wear it due to fabric issues. They refuse to assist me. The company prices are so high for very poor quality items. Beware! Do not buy their stuff!

I get the negative reviews, but at the end of the day nobody else in the fashion industry is doing what they are doing so I'm here to stay as a supporter. I had to call 3-4 times to get someone on the phone to put a few dresses on hold but when I was finally able to speak with Angie she was incredibly helpful. I drove over from Tampa otw to the keys and got there on a Saturday morning at 11:00 am to try on. There was a sign on the door that said they're opening at 11:30 am on Saturdays now. I was able to get the girl on the phone before they opened and she pulled 4 dresses for me to start a dressing room so as soon as they opened (about 11:45 am bc the other girl was running late) I was able to try everything on quickly and make my purchase. It was worth the wait. I left feeling more confident and happy about the dress I'd be wearing than I felt in any of the multiple I had tried on over the past several weeks. The dresses are so pretty and they fit better than any polyester dress you'll find at Nordstrom for the same price tag. Not sure why everyone expects to be greeted or offered assistance after walking into a store. I appreciate being given time to look around so I can find what I want and then ask if they have it in my size. 10/10 recommend. Will shop at again.

Me and my boyfriend came across this shop while shopping at Design District. I was planning to buy a dress. However, We didn't receive any service for ten minutes after entering the door. The assistant came up to ask every single person that came into the door(later than us)if they needed help or recommend something for them but ignored us. We’ve also been to the Reformation in SOHO New York and have never been treated like this.?Why is this so? I don't think we did anything wrong.

My Wife bought 6 outfits and i went back to the store to return 2. From the moment i i asked for help making my return i was met with a poor attitude as if i was bothering the sale person. She was unable to locate my receipt as i had to punch in my email on a tiny device and mistakenly hit the wrong key, the sales person questioned if my wife had actually made the purchase. I had to look at our credit card statement and find the dste of purchase so they could locate it in there system. The experience was terrible, sales person was rude, and i nor my wife will be shopping here again.

Today was a great first experience at Reformation. I’ve always seen lots of their clothing and I’ve been interested; I just haven’t found the time to go in. First off customer service was great the SA name was Julia(hopefully that’s right-Writting this review a few hours late) I tried on the iconic Juliet dress and it was beautiful. I will definitely come back here with the amazing service. Also this store is very cool tech wise-all things on the floor are display clothes and you can order like your ordering online to have the clothes come to your dressing room!
