My daughter came in for a specific service for the first time she told the nail tech what she wanted and instead the tech did the opposite , when it came time to pay she charged extra when my daughter questioned the price the tech said that's the price my daughter showed her the online prices but still insisted that’s the final cost. When brought up to the manager she did nothing to help time customer to top it off the tech did a horrible job and when I showed management she ended up telling us well to cut cuticles it’s an additional $10
Bad service and false advertisement. Save your money go somewhere else

Today I started my new day at a new work day, so I wanted to be presentable and make a very good first impression, I looked for spas available to do my nails and this was the closest to my house that had appointments available, when I arrived I I realize it's in Walmart and I doubted whether I should make them there or not for such an important day, but then I thought that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. They serve me kindly, I tell the girl that I want almond acrylic nails and I show her the design that was a baby boomer, with a cherry blossom encapsulated in two fingers and two gold stones, obviously I show the design to see if she can do it. She checks the price at the cashier and they tell me $85. It seemed like a high price to me, but for the work involved and everything that needs to be done, I decided to do it. That's when I realized that I should have listened to reason and just painted them one color and got out of there. . The girl had never done a baby boomer, she didn't even know the name of the technique. After having fought with the acrylic and having left a mess with the acrylic, slime and since the gradient was very thick he couldn't reduce it further because if he didn't damage it, he left it all thick like that and then he started to put on the top, I think that then it will only make the flower encapsulated from above; When I see he brings out some white stikers that almost gives me something. The sakura flower that I showed her had iridescent pink petals and what she got were white Hawaiian flowers and stikers. He put the glitter stikers on me and said. Finished. He didn't even add the gold stone, my hands are thin and thanks to the thick acrylic they look super thick, my father makes fun of my nails saying they are ninja turtles. I studied to do nails in my country but obviously I don't do them myself because it took a long time since I could only use one hand. But if I had known that I was going to spend my time and money like that, I would have done it myself. Along the way, I also did my feet and I was expecting a delicate design consistent with what I did on my hands, a color and the little stripe, better known as the French stripe. When she finishes with my feet and I look at myself, I see a super thick, crooked line. I gave up on that place and just wanted to run out, when I go to checkout they tell me it's $134. I paid them with all the pain in my soul and I left. I thought you shouldn't even judge a book by its cover but now I see that you should. I'm crazy looking for an appointment with someone else to fix this mess as soon as possible, my hands look ugly and I'm embarrassed to have to show up to my first day of work like this.

I went there one Sunday afternoon, waiting for 3 hours because i didn't make an appointment. One staff member was done with her job. She saw me as the last customer of day. She just left and didn't do my nail. I just went home, losing 3 hours of my time without having anything done.After that, i made an appointment with another nail technician in same salon. I came on time and she was just starting to serve another customer. How could they work with such a LACK of RESPECT?

Worst experience ever, I went on December 30 to get my nails; hands and feet done with gel, I even paid extra for a nail design. They charged me $85 plus tip came up to $112 and December 31st in the morning 1 nail started lifting, and by the night the same day 3 nails were gone, next morning woke up to more damage as if I had done extensive work with my hands, and I did not even washed a dish. still this has never hapened to me before with gel, I always get a lot done and my nails last me about 2 full weeks.I want a refund!!!!Edit: To add to my review, Im not complaining about price. But to the fact that the nails lasted less than 24 hours and started peeling off right away

If you are looking for a place to get your hands and feet done, I recommend this salon. The girls are all excellent, the one who helps me is always called Rosa but Evelyn also works excellent. They are very detailed in their work, always trying to make their clients happy.If you have any problems with the work done, they always respond and try to correct them. Sometimes things happen that are not the manicurist's fault but rather a problem with the paint or even the chemistry of the client's nail. But here they answer for their work. The girls all work very well, at Vera's you enter as a client and leave feeling like family. If you live in the Kendall area and are looking for a nail salon, look no further than REGAL NAIL DE WALMART is your place.
