Lack of knowledge always have to go in person like to open a CD or to redeem at maturity. Each branch will tell you a different version. 1-800... Always refer to Branch. Very negligent they don't use Mailing Address PO BOX instead Residential which can cause Identity Theft . Not the first time this happens.
