I am only rating this 1 star so that I can be able to write of what an unpleasant experience we had today May 11 . We walked in to make the the line nobody was on line and only 1 teller a young man with a blue sweater and the more my husband spoke English to him he kept talking in Spanish but he would speak in English to his coworker . No greeting to begin with and no smile he was on his phone when we were in line than he called us . Just so unpleasant I will keep going to the Regions bank by my area.

I trying to cash a check in this bank, i have now been waiting 26 min, the teller advised me that my drivers driver's license was not good, lolol, and when i produced a passport they are now making me wait ,and wait and wait,. Thank god for TD bank, this bank will not last..

Only 1 clerk available. ...I can't believe this..the other young one is doing drive in. The clerk clerk is doing great job..She's friendly and professional but the bank née to ad more clerk to help her.

It saddens me to see how we are always in a hurry nowadays. The reason for the "30 minute" wait some people are complaining about is because, at this branch, when it's your turn with a representative you are treated with full attention to your personal situation only, not rushed like at other banks. I am giving a 4 star rating because of the Bank regulations (when your deposit exceeds a certain amount the bank puts a hold on the funds for WAY LONGER than any other bank that I have worked with). If I was to be rating the branch personnel only I would give them 5+ stars.

Este banco es una estafa...si no tienes cuenta con ellos te cobran por cambiar un cheque de un cliente que si tiene cuenta en ese banco el 1%,,,lo cual quiere decir que através de la persona que si tiene cuenta con ellos hacen dinero como si fuera un cashier check (casa de cambio),,OCí‰A si vas a cambiar un cheque de ese banco de 2000 dollares te cobran $20,,,cuando preguntas porque tanto ,te dicen que eso es como Macdonald y Burger king,,que cada cual pone su precio ( robo,).me atendií³ la manager que trabaja en el 6990 sw 8 street.miami,,ademas de atenderme de una forma grocera y poco profesional increíble no,,,,los demás te cobran 6 o 7 dí³lares por la cantidad que sea...y después de robarte ese dinero te preguntan si quieres abrir una cuenta con ellos,,,y yo pregunto,,,para que.? Claro es para que siga la cadena de robo OCí‰A seguirle cobrando a los que no tengan cuenta con ellos el 1%,,,increíble esta es una de las maneras en que los bancos hacen dinero,,principalmente este REGIONS BANK,,
