Regions Bank is a full-service provider offering excellent customer service on a full range of products. Many customers report very good and friendly treatment, with some having banked there for over ten years without problems and feeling very good. Service is described as wonderful, quick, efficient, and extremely helpful. However, some note issues with cards being blocked from time to time due to suspected suspicious activity, which causes inconveniences. While the branch itself is great, its location is in a very tricky area to enter and exit. The ATM machine is located in quite the vulnerable space, making some feel very vulnerable, and it is believed they are sparsely able to remedy this issue due to the location.
I've been a customer of this branch for a long time. And I'm really happy to have some of the employees because they are very helpful, and every time I go, they have a nice way to serve.
