have tried contacting this branch multiple time and even had a call try to connect through customer service and still no answer horrible branch does not pick up the phone or reach back to customers I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE!!!

How will I start?I applied for a position in this bank (consultant relation) Now in order to get eligible for any Regions bank position you will have to pass an exam which in my opinion if you don’t have experience and knowledge for sure you will failed the test.I did pass and also, I have experience in the field plus a college education and a degree.They never called me, I imagine that would happen because if you don’t have a tremendous reference (someone that practically put you in) you will never get any position, in Cuba we called this “una palanca”. Anyway I did not feel discourage and I dressed good with the goal to do an interview with the manager, I believe face to face communication is very important because your learned to see things in a better perspective.What happened...I approach to the bank and someone greeted me and asked me what was the reason to be there, I explained and ask to please see the manager, who by the way was sitting in the first office to the left of the bank. The person that greeted me told me that I could wait that soon the manager will be with me. 5 minutes later the same person approached and told me that the manager checked his email and he does not have any appointment for an interview. I explained to him that I understand but that please if he would give an opportunity for a face to face communication and he said. “No, the manager does not what to see you, unless he has scheduled an interview”This is totally unprofessional, no ethic, and no just being a good human being. Please be advise for those who wants to apply at this location. Discrimination it’s not just because of the color or ethic; it’s very deep and this is an example of it.

This location is always empty, I don't know if people doesn't know it exist or not too many in this area have Regions accounts. One down side is the lack of employees, most of the times they have only one person operation the drive through and the regular line, so despite it may be only a 2 person line inside it may take 5-10 minutes before you are out...

At first, the banker was helpful and welcoming. However, after a week of opening our accounts, the bank decides to randomly close our account. The most frustrating part is that they didn't inform us at all until we finally received our debit cards in the mail. Apparently the manager decided this but when we inquired why, they received no response. I would not recommend Regions, especially this branch to anyone. This is banking service is equally bad to the Wellsfargo scandal.
