Had an excellent, informative, and very nice visit last week at this store, looking for a high-quality ergonomic desk chair. The manager on duty, Mr Herrera is a very knowledgeable, courteous gentlemen who has very helpful, going out of his way in assisting us. I had to postpone the purchase due to travel, but I highly recommend looking into many fine options at this store.

Mishap made right.
I recently purchased a high-end work station from Relax the Back Boca Raton and purchase, delivery, and setup was A+.
That said, there was an accessory that should have been included with the order but at time of delivery, the accessory didn’t show. I informed the store manager Juan who was dealing with me directly regarding updates. Turns out, the accessory actually was not included with my order. But, Juan stood by his original sales promise to include the accessory. He accepted responsibility for the misunderstanding and made things right. He acquired the accessory and personally delivered it to my home.
I can’t say more about the positive experience I had with Juan and Relax the Back. Thank you.
