This company confirmed a rental car with Alamo in Merida and charged me $217. When we visited Alamo to pick up the car, there were NO CARS. We never did complete a rental yet this company will not cancel the deposit.

The website is easy to use, but every coupon I tried to use failed. Also, (I'm not sure this can be controlled), but the price jumped before I could finish booking.

Avoid to rent a car from this website, poor quality in customer service. From many years renting a car this been the low ranting on customer service experience never answer a call all is done by mail with a long waiting time, just avoid and get a better rental company

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, THEY CHARGE ALL EXTRAS AFTER THE PRICE YOU PAID, CARS IN BAD CONDITIONS, GAS IS CHECKED IN THE END, 9 PEOPLE OF THE DAY WE WENT TO THE OFFICE IN ORLANDO RENTALS WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT EVERYTHING. THE WORST NIGHTMARE EVER RENTING WITH THIS PEOPLE, I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!

I am writing this review with deep disappointment and frustration due to the service received from your company. Despite having informed you in advance about our delay, our pre-paid reservation was cancelled. We arrived two hours later than planned and were confronted with the fact that our plans had been discarded without any consideration.We were forced to find last-minute alternatives, causing us significant stress, unplanned expenses, and disappointment. We were expecting a smooth and enjoyable experience, but instead, we found ourselves scrambling to readjust our plans and dealing with the consequences of your unsatisfactory service.It's crucial for businesses to show understanding and flexibility towards their customers. You not only broke the trust we had in you but also disregarded our previous communications.We demand a fair and swift resolution to this problem, as well as appropriate compensation for the additional expenses we incurred due to your lack of professionalism.I hope this situation is treated with the seriousness it deserves, and appropriate actions are taken to prevent future customers from going through such a disappointing experience.

This website is a SCAM! BEWARE! I’m starting legal action against them. I booked a car and prepaid almost 3 months in advance. When I got to the car rental front desk, I arrived 2 hours and 7 minutes later than pickup time. As per Alamo’s policy, you have 2 hours to pick the car (I was never informed in advance). Alamo’s staff told me that unfortunately, there were no cars available but that they wouldn’t charge any money, as I actually showed up.Rentingcarz is claiming that Alamo charged them so they won’t refund. Its almost USD 400. I have talked twice today with Alamo and they say they have not billed or charged any penalty under my reservation number. And that there is no proof of such charge.I called Rentingcarz, and Mr. Frederico (portuguese or brazilian) said he was sorry but Rentingcarz won’t refund any money. I asked for proof of such charge from Alamo and he replied he has no access to such information. Also asked for his surname and was not willing to provide it, nor to transfer my call to someone on a higher rank. I had my lawyer next to me on the phonecall.Now, I am starting legal action against this company. Maybe I will spend more money but I don’t care.

I rented a car through this platform stating that I wanted the car in Switzerland, when I tried to pick-up the car they mentioned that the car was in France not in Switzerland.It was impossible for me to go to France in addition that it was not what I requested. I requested a refund and they came back (one month later)offering a 10% coupon. The company is a joke, they are not serious, they deceive people.Stay away from this company!

I booked a 7 seater SUV. In the booking confirmation it is a 7 seater SUV but in the voucher it is a 5 seater. Their customer support team blames it on national (rental company) and a system error. I would like the car class that I booked nothing more nothing less! Stay away!since they are that catastrophic that even why they admit it is their failure they still will tell you with a smile that you are happy to pay 2x what you already paid….

I made a duplicate reservation, due to a problem with the site at the time of payment, but Renting Carz refused to cancel my second reservation, charging it with a fine or voucher.I opened a commercial disagreement process with the credit card brand, Mastercard.Absurd! I do not recommend buying from this site.
