Terrible customer service, I called and they passed on the call and nothing to see, I came back and called 2 times and no one answered.... how they want the customer, I don't know that if their business is terrible, they put in people who don't do their job, anyone complains like that same business is going down ???

The most horrible customer service ever. One of the worse wholesalers in town if not the worse. This is the place were if they need to fix a mistake by them, will take for ever. And if you have to return something, forget it. General manager had the worse ever multiple lack of respect and lacks o customer service and professionalism.

I've been to RD locations all over the country; this is BY FAR the most helpful staff I've ever encountered at any location. Reduced hours don't even matter to me. Worth it.

They have good prices on majority of items. But double check the price label. Almost every time, there's something that will have the wrong price since they change it often. They make you go through the work of proving them wrong. It's such a pain to get a price change when it's their fault the price is wrong. Customer service is very spotty. They also don't have consistency in staying in stock. Some produce will have mold on or products are expired. It's pretty dirty inside

Awful place, but at least decent people and unloading times. Be very careful about the pillar between doors 3 and 4. It looks like it has a lot of torn out doors on its account. Especially in the dark and/or rain. See picture.Okay to get in, but not so easy to get out. I couldn't go back the way I came from 'coz no access to I-95N. Truck restrictions everywhere. I was too quick to turn where it said "TO I-95N" only to find out that was for "Express lanes only". Nowhere to turn around, so I ended up driving in express lane for about 8 miles.

Bad customer service at the customer service desk. My husband and I came in to return and purchase more items here and one of the staff was very rude. We wanted to know Exactly where the area was to return. One guy wearing Greg polo shirt with black pants pointed to the area. No one was behind the counter. We waiting a mins and asked the same guys if someone was coming in. With an attitude said someone upstairs will come down. No eye contact and continued talking to another employee. We finally got someone name Eddie. He was nice. Good customer service goes a long way.

hello, greetings, I would like to do my shopping in delivery but they have to improve the selections of tomato and Lime boxes, the most important thing in vegetables, also be attentive to the containers that run out and cannot be reached at the top and the precook shrimp and everything that is seafood takes time to store it and when the ice melts and they put it back in the freezer the meat is damaged thanks blessed

I’ve called this place several times in one week and cannot get through to ask a simple question regarding a product. How do people stay in business these days with such horrible customer service. The phones rings and rings. If someone answers, you get transferred and no one answers. The manager’s mailbox is full. Ridiculous. I’ve called at least six different days. Same story!
