I was forced into having this internet provider because they have a contract with my complex but the service is such a rip-off!!. They cost about $5-$10/month extra compared to AT&T for less Gig usage, they refuse to change NAT settings unless you pay them $25/month for a different IP Address, and they charge you $100 for every time you need a technician to come out to fix a problem. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In my opinion, any other internet provider is better than this POS. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them until their contract's up. I've had AT&T, Fios, XFINITY, and Optimum Online and they were all so much better than this POS service provide. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMENT! Yes - for the dispute this company will probably put into google, I am a verified customer and if google wants my confirmation - please reach out.Part 2: 8/7/2023In case you wanted more clarification on how much of an awful company this is, please see attached picture of what you can expect your ping to be with their service (143 ms). For those that are not familiar with how internet works, ping refers to the lag or delay it takes for info packets to be reached from one server to the other (i.e. you go to a website, your computer requests connection to the site, and in turn the site grants connection to it). An average internet ping speed (delay) is between 20-50 ms... this POS company, you can expect a 140+ ping, at least in my experience.

They’re by far the worst company to have or consider for a third party att provider, our internet service just recently went out. We did not receive any notification or any email. When you call them for any inquiries such as service outages or service interruptions, they will not be fully transparent and say they have an outage. They will say, “ oh the broadband length was weak and we needed to adjust it on the first call”. Second call attempt, the company is canceling your inbound call within their call queue and then after several more call attempts. The call finally goes through and the representative is like, we have a service outage, they can not give you an indefinite time line for when service will be stored. We’re within a month of our new place and we have to reconsider and switch our service with a better provider besides them.

They were able to help me with my technology needs. Whenever I call they answer and help me fast. One thing I love is the techs, these guys are knowledgeable, clean, fast, and with great communication explaining electronics and how they work .
