The main office phone number itn't available. As resident family member unable to communicate with them directly. I could imagine how they communicate with the elderly people. Horrible

If I can give this place zero stars, I would! How do these people have a place like this for elderly? No water on some days for the WHOLE day. No air because the airs are super old and they switch them out with other non working ones. The elevators do not work most of the time, the parking is very very far for elderly. . . No ramps no nothing! Customer service doesn't exist here and elderly even worse. I'm calling the people above them the mayor to see if this is safe

I currently live here. I am in the last building to be renovated. I have seen the completed apartments after renovation and they are GORGEOUS!!! My neighbors are great and the office personnel is EXCELLENT!!!! AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, IF YOU LOOK AT THE COST OF RENT IN MIAMI AND TO ONLY HAVE TO PAY 30% OF MY RETIREMENT, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT THE ARE TALKING ABOUT.

Elevators don’t work, intercom’s don’t work, it always smells, as of today 2/3/2022 there is no water supply apparently for the day … keep in mind this is a community for the elderly and this is what they deal with in a daily basis. No water and there’s no back up from the management company tu supplement the outage. How will they shower? Incredible.

It seems like a strange place to me, like some neighborhoods in Guatemala. It gave me a very strange feeling to be there. The place is wonderful but where it is located I don't think the same.

Wonderful building, sorry for the dirt. There is no maintenance. It looks like Cuba. It is not true that Mrs. Ivette does not attend to the building. She is always attentive and gladly assists all residents. It must be understood that its action is limited by the lack of resources, not because it is inefficient. Now 11/05/2021The building was purchased by a private company. The reconstruction works are intended to be ambitious but they put the lives of the 350 tenants at risk. The situation is indescribableWith the building completely inhabited, hundreds of builders use pneumatic hammers 8 or 9 hours a day. The parking lot is a real disaster, almost entirely occupied by builders' trucks and cars. The rain of sand, waste and debris is constant on residents' vehicles and residents in transit. In conclusion......the situation is unbearable until the works are completed in three years. What a pity!!

Now they are fixing it, they are wonderful, which I regret is that they have taken away the view it had of Downtown a bit.
