Beautiful jewelry, but they do not stand by their warranty. I was gifted a pair of diamond earrings last December. I wore the earrings 3 times and then lost one of them. I found the back of the earring and it is extremely loose compared to the other back. I requested a store credit or a replacement, but that was denied. They offered to sell me a replacement earring. Why would I buy a replacement for a earring that does not secure like most diamond earrings? They do not have screw on backs. I would like a credit to replace the earrings with a different pair. I now own 1 earring that is unwearable, and my husband is out a few thousand dollars because of this purchase. I'm extremely dissatisfied ?

Gorgeous and feminine designs, timeless pieces. By far Roberto Coin is my favorite designer ! Great experience with Bella at the Miami Design District store. She went beyond to make sure I would get the right piece for my style and she shipped in no time as I don’t live locally. Super professional, responsive and patient ! I definitely recommend to connect with Bella if you need any piece from the store. Super happy with her service !

This iconic design district location speaks for itself. The service provided here is very impressive. Bella is the ideal sales associate - attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful as can be.More often than not, I show up unexpectedly without an appointment and I'm always welcome. Amazing staff, wish I could say the same about the Cartier next door.

I love Roberto Coin! Everything is so beautiful and everyone that works there is always so welcoming and inviting. Bella especially has helped me find exactly what I was looking for and is extremely professional. I have never once felt pressured into a sale and am always happy with the purchases I’ve made. I had to have a necklace I bought from this brand repaired. So I brought it back here. I had never actually been in a Roberto Coin store. I always look at their jewelry in Bloomingdales. Anyway, I sat down with the manager and explained what was wrong with the necklace. It will be sent out and probably be returned to me at the end of January due to delays and the holidays. Then, I looked around the store since I am on the hunt for a new necklace. Bella was super cheery and helpful. I tried on a couple necklaces. Now they both sparkled so much in the case. On me, hardly a glitter. I was told the lighting is really bad in the store. Hmmmm....I feel like a jewelry store should have great lighting everywhere, not just in the showcase. Anyway, their jewelry is still pretty and not obscenely expensive. I like how their jewelry is mostly unique to them and you really will not find similar jewelry elsewhere. This store is small. It is also hard to find. It is sort of in an alley across from Michael's Genuine Food.

Love Roberto coin! I have a few pieces and the ladies at the boutique always help me find something new that fits my style. Just bought some classic hoops and then a bracelet and matching earrings...wearing them all the time and get so many compliments!

Best experience ever again, my wife and I felt really looked after the knowledgeable staff there. Nicole the store director showed us the new collections, and even matched them with what she currently have. Roberto Coin is probably her favorite designer and at this location they always find a way to exceed our expectations. For sure we will keep on coming!

I was in town and decided to visit design district... I had lunch at Michael's and couldn't help but notice the store in front roberto coin!! The products were beautiful, and bella was so helpful and knowledgeable of their high end diamond pieces.
