They are dishonest thieves. They rigged my desk in the corner to appear it was assembled, only to find it it wasn't actually put back to together, and on top of it, they stole a dozen screws and washers that I then had to find replacements for. I let them know about it, and got absolutely no response. If you want an honest company, this is not it.

This moving service is a complete scam. Whatever they quote you, it will be double the actual price. That’s what happened with me and then they continue to charge for other things such as using an elevator or stairs. Also service is very unreliable takes much longer than what they first will tell. Just a very dishonest company.

Not only they were extremely efficient and careful with the packing and loading of our stuff, they were also very responsive to any issue that arose. For example, our patio floor was stained by a grill that was tilted, and they sent a company to do a power wash within a week of the move to ensure all was resolved. Would highly recommend.

We needed to ship a container from Riverview Fl. To Athens Greece. The container would carry our furniture, paintings, household goods, and things we inherited and collected over the past 40 years. We contacted Mr Chad Francis of RODI International Moving and Storage. I explained what we needed done, and told him of the many horror stories we had heard of others, trying to get this accomplished, with other companies, and he assured me, all would be well. After reading the reviews, of this company, we decided to believe him. A date was set, the truck and packing crew arrived on time, the gentlemen, packed all very gently and correctly into a truck, and off it all went, to be packed once again, onto the container and loaded onto the container ship. We were told it would be approximately one month from departure to arrival in Greece, and it was almost one month to the day, that we were contacted and told it had arrived. There was a small issue with Greek customs, but Chad and his crew in Greece, had it cleared up in a few hours. Everything was then trucked to our home just outside of Athens, unpacked, all packing materials were taken, everything put together that needed to be put together by a team of professional movers. We can not thank Mr. Francis and his Florida and Greek crew enough for the way all was handled from start to finish, it pays to hire the correct company and RODI International for us, was the absolute best.. If you're looking for a responsible, Reliable company to move your things, who care about how they are moved, choose RODI and believe Mr Chad Francis when he tells you, he's got your back, because he does!!

This is a scam place to work with, extremly rude employees Ellsa,. We did transport a vehicle for them , after 11 emails and 40 phone calls they are NOT paying us for the job we did!Do not do business with theese people. SCAM

Everything went well with the physical delivery of the 5 items on January 24, 2023. The driver called ahead to advise of the estimated arrival time, unloading the items and completing the requisite signatures took less than 20 minutes.

I recently moved from Puerto Rico to the U.S. Virgin Islands. Chad and team handled everything from door to door. The team arrived on time and were very positive with all their efforts to get my house packed and ready. Such a relief when moving as things can go south fast. I recommend Rodi for any moving needs especially inter-island moves.
