Had to exchange a gift that someone gave me. it was no problem, all I need to do was to show my driver's license when I got the new clothing. Service was excellent only problem, the lines were too long. Only one cashier working, until people in the line start speaking up about the slowness of not having more than 1 cashier. Then somebody came, and we got through faster. I will definitely come back to this Ross, because the young lady who helped me was very very pleasant, and excellent customer service.

Not really a fan of any Ross, their stores are always in a shambles. The wait time in line for checkout is ridiculously long due to lack of staff. Notice to the corporate office there are too many ppl that are in great need of a job with the economy being in such a dire need; so why not hire. Let not our country suffer when your company could be of some help. ?

Department store brand with out of stock of several brands, it is possible to find great prices, the store in general is well organized, but because it is out of stock, sizes end up being found with a little more effort, but in general I really liked it and the prices are worth it considering the products
