Assist manager name lawrence very unprofessional , i did some return and i like it on store credit but instead the lady did not ask nothing she just put it back to my debit card what it takes 3-5 business day tu be available i explain to her that i wanted to used right away thats why wanted store credit but she say couldn't do it so she call the manager lawrence he did not know how to do it in the computer so he told me it can't be done , i me as an ex employee of ross store know that it can be done , i pay for what i want and left while i was leaving he left the alarms on the items that i was taken he says because he want me to leave his store , never going back to that store nor more !

Very bad security Today, February 11, 2025 at 8 pm, I went in for less than 10 minutes to buy a pair of pants, I went with my electric skateboard, it cost me $300 and it was stolen from me inside the store in less than 10 minutes. I'm suspicious of the lady who works in security, I was looking very attentive, the beautiful place and everything made me suspicious, but the security is terrible.

Sometimes the store is quite disorganized. But overall there are always good deals. Be very careful with the items. I recommend checking the clothes before paying because many are damaged with small holes.

A store where you have to be patient and search among the many products present. If you're lucky you can also find branded clothing at great prices. Levis 501 can be found starting from $19.99! In Italy a similar price is unthinkable.

Manager Juliani does not respect clients' time and caused them to lose a sale! After waiting 20 minutes when the line was NOT very long but there were 2 customers taking an exaggerated amount of items... Juliani came to remove 1 of the cashiers (since she was working at her cashier and told her that she could leave) then began to ask her a return or recovery from a customer who was not in line. It was an absurd lack of respect for all the customers who were in line. I recommend that you review the performance and sales that this person makes, who does not care about the store but rather gives priority to his own customers. I left very upset without purchasing and I'm sure the other customers were just as upset as me. I'm not coming back!

Decent selection but there are 12 store associates and only 1 person on each floor are ringing people up. Be prepared to wait 25 minutes in line at 11:30 am on a Friday

I am so grateful for the proximity and location of this store. The shelves are literally bursting with new and quality inventory whenever I visit. There is never a shortage of items to select from at great prices! It's a bonanza of bargains in every department. This sometimes means, however, that rolling carts of inventory are placed in the aisles - - -creating a cluttered aesthetic. This doesn't usually bother me, except for the occasions when they block access to the merchandise on the stationary shelves.
As for customer service, the managers and the security guards are very helpful. The cashiers, while efficient for the most part, are not as friendly or helpful.

Cheap to very cheap clothing chain with a large amount of clothing and shoes. The place is secured against theft, even a $5 item has a security tag... a bit unpleasant.

Everyone knows that this is a place where you get good discounts on many products, good service from the staff, good attention, the only thing that lowers the star is because the shelves are always messy and they don't have good cleaning in the place and I'm speaking at a general level, all stores are like that
