Good evening, every day I get more disappointed when I go to this store, especially at this location, the guards walk around with bulletproof vests as if the customers came in with weapons and even more so because they have a metal detector at the entrance of the store, so the truth is I felt like My wife was super harassed as if I were stealing something and to top it off I have 2 packages of underwear with different prices. The lady asked me that because of that price difference they are from the same brand, as if showing that I had changed the prices. I explained that I didn't know and that that was the price of the underwear. The truth is that it is a bad image as a store that they have staff that way they serve the public. I don't recommend at least this store and even less in this location.

Ross is one of my favorite stores to find very good quality pieces at a very low price.

The cashier Valeria, bad service, constantly sends people to the other cashiers with only two costumers on the line insistently and then goes to serve someone on the floor and leaves the costumers waiting, they lose sales and customers, nothing more and then with attitude

Like many Ross stores, this one can be very hit or miss when it comes to the number of items stocked. One day, the rails can be bare, whilst on another day, they are bursting.
Thankfully, today was good day in menswear, and I came away with some good products at good prices.
But if there is one thing that really perplexes me about this location, it is the self-service line. Today, customers had no choice but to use self-serve. After making a payment, customers must proceed to a single cashier, who proceeds to scan the receipt and then scan each item once again.
It all seems a little bit silly and unnecessary - join one line to scan your own items and make payment before joining another to an employee scan them again and to remove the security tags.
Forgive me for being so pedantic but why not abandon self-service and simply go back to the old fashioned way of having the cashier do it all for you?!

Skip the self check-out lane...you still have to be processed by a staff member who scans your receipt and gives you a bag for your items, so you still have to make a line.

Love the self checkout! But if you have a return, you must use the main checkout, and well there is just one cashier until the lines builds to like 12 people waiting. Btw the change rooms are better.

You have to do the same checkout line to return items, those at the door are doing anything but their job, the store is disorganized everywhere and the workers are gossiping and not doing their job correctly. It's a shame since I'm a neighbor of the store and I think I'll start shopping at Burlington, which is next door and doesn't compare at all to this Ross
