What a great place to shop. I met a gentleman named Edwin that in an employee of Ross. He happened to be walking in front of me and I asked him about shoes. He explained to me that the sizes were in certain places and models. The great thing about this is that he was a cashier and just stopped to help, however, it wasn’t even his area of expertise. That shows you that people take their job seriously. They don’t have to do anything to help you yet they choose to.

Today I was not allowed to enter the store with the beverage I had in my hand. a previous time I had left the nearby gym and entered with my water bottle, and I was told to hide it. today I was told to drink my iced coffee or throw it away before entering the store. This is ridiculous People need to stay hydrated and have various medical issues where they may need to have their drinks with Them. In my case I just wanted to browse around and enjoy my coffee. Needless to say I left. Ridiculous

I always dread having to come here - Shopping isn't a problem, but checking out is like pulling teeth. 10 cash registers, and you never see more than 3 open, 4 on a really good day.

This is the first Ross I have been too that told me I’m unable to enter the store because I was drinking a beverage. This was first and last time going to this location and I’ll more than likely won’t shop at Ross again.

I went to buy some glasses and the keys didn't appear. Half an hour later, the supervisor appeared with very bad manners and lack of respect. I better left, I couldn't choose with so much displeasure.

The worst experience and treatment, I wasted my time searching and standing in line to pay only to be told that that was not the price, lack of respect for the customer, I asked to speak to the manager, they insinuated that someone had put the price on the label, Obviously this was not the case and it was an employee's mistake. We asked to speak to the manager. Adriana was unable to resolve the situation. After all, we had to go back to look for the item of clothing and she sent the cashier to where we were as if we were thieves, she also said. that never Ross gives a discount of more than 50% when it is obviously fake, by the way you can check the cameras I purchased another item at 9:29:21 pm 08/21/24 The worst customer service experience I have ever had.
