Good deals but hate the lines
Ross always has great prices and good finds, but the lines are terrible. No matter what time you go, you end up waiting forever to check out. They really need more cashiers. Love the deals, but the lineups ruin the experience.

Why did this store open FOUR self check out registers if, when you're done, you have to go stand in line (yes, the one everyone else is standing in) to have your items bagged and secuirty tags removed??? The manager told me because then people would steal?!?!?! Like duh, but that lady who is running a register at the end of the self check out section with a LOSS PREVENTION vest on should be waiting to check receipts, bag the purchases and remove security tags, NOT RUN A SEPARATE REGISTER!!!

Some very rude Hispanic lady that couldn't even speak a little English, so called security officer starred us down and made us feel very uncomfortable!! Why the heck would I want to spend my money there?! Hire people that at least smile and greet your customers and don't make them feel uncomfortable!! Lady you are lucky you are in the US and have a job!!

It's disrespectful when you go through the selft checkout and you have to leave with all your things in your hand because they don't give you bags and then also wait for another person who has a line waiting to check what you bought and remove the alarms. I mean, it doesn't make any difference if you take care of yourself because in the end you have to expect the same thing.
