My experience with this agency has been very good. Here I do my taxes and I also did my residency procedures and the renewal of my work permit. A month and a half ago we made a claim because neither the work permit nor the residence had arrived yet. Fortunately, a month after doing so, I received approval from both: the work permit and permanent residence in the United States of America.
I am very happy with this news and with the approvals received. I also feel very satisfied with the work of the employees of this agency, especially with Mel Rodríguez and Mari. A hug for them, and well... we will continue to see each other every year!
