Valeyssa was so welcoming, kind, and detail oriented when it came to my nieces ear piercing. She took her time measuring the placement and explained the whole process to my niece to make her feel more at ease as she was nervous. Everyone at Rowan was welcoming and nice. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Alana was great. I had an issue with a piercing I got at a different piercing place and she able to help me change my earring. She was so helpful!
