Living here has been an amazing experience. I love the atmosphere, the location, and how well everything is maintained. The service I received from Sophia has been excellent since day one always attentive, friendly, and willing to help with anything I needed. You can really tell she cares about making sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommended!

I housesat for one of my friends while they were in Spain recently for over a month and honestly I could Not be more satisfied with the experience that I’ve had with the staff on the property. Over this month we had both, leaks and ac issues but the maintenance staff straightened everything out right away each time. I had the pleasure of interacting with Rey and despite only being a part of team for a short period of time he was super knowledgeable and helpful.

I rent a unit and was a realito nice experiencia. Sophia was very attentive and verde profesional. Process was really smooth. Property looks very clean.

Beautiful and comfy place to live, it has a gym, pool and a park for kids. Maintenance is top notch and the ladies at the office are very helpful.

I love my apartment and the Running Brook peaceful environment. At the office, I received excellent, empathetic service from Yosmar, last week. I went back to complete the process the day after, and Sophia respectfully transitioned me to complete the process with full understanding of what I had pending. I am grateful for their professionalism and good service.

Fantástic community very clean and ni e ammenities. Gym is perfect. Maintenance (Yoelbis and Regnery) and office staff (Yosmar and Sophia)are awesome. Amazing all around!

The front desk staff here is amazing specially Sophia and Yosmar , who they are always so attentive and professional. They handle everything quickly and efficiently, and you can really tell they cares about the residents. Whether it's answering questions, handling requests, or just greeting you with a smile, they gets the job done right every time. Big thanks for making this place feel welcoming and well-run!

The ladies in the office, Ambretta (compliance), Maritza (assistant manager), and Yosmar (property manager) are amazing! I'm very grateful for their kindness and patience when going through this process. My family and I love the property.
