Service is terrible. They don't generate documents quickly and you have to call. They rarely pick up the phone and you can stay on hold for hours. The chat service is not functioning. How can you trust your most important documents with a company that's so unorganized and with such poor communication. I do not recommend.

"Rush?" Still waiting for someone to return my call/email/chat since March 9th!!! But they did rush to charge my credit card $689!!! Awful.
