They sell you bad used tires, 20 years old and then they don’t want guarantee it, knowing that they’re bad I would not recommend this place

Service was excellent! I decided to pass by to replace a tire of mine and ended up buying two new tires. The workers are respectful and move fast. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes :) I will definitely keep coming here in the future.

Great prices but OLD MACHINES! The tire balancing machine made horrible noises when balancing my tires and so far, the balance is way off when driving 70-80 mph! Had to go next door to JM tires to get them balanced properly on a functional machine.
Low price, low quality of service.

I am so disappointed by the way I was treated today at this used tire shop I've been going here for years and I will no longer be supporting this business. I was driving my son's car and his tire was going flat and needed to be replaced. When I pulled in there were 2 workers, one was finishing up with a customer and one that I'm familiar with who has serviced me multiple times was in the office. The other worker came to me and I showed him which tire and asked him how much he said $35 and I said ok. I went and sat down and he proceded to take the tire off and put the new-used tire on he went to put the tire in the water and both him and I notice it had a huge nail/spike in it, he then took it back to the machine pull the nail out and procced to plug the tire but he was having a hard time plugging it, you can tell he was getting fustrated and he yells out a couple words in Spanish which sounded like some curse words. I then told him I didn't want that tire to please put on a different tire he then told the other worker who was at the time packing stuff away because they were about to close, they had a conversation in Spanish and then he walked over to me and told me there is nothing wrong with the tire and I should take it I told him I totally understand but I've had a bad experience with a plug tire and the fact that he was also struggling to plug it didn't make me feel confident in taking that tire. He then got mad and told me he's not gonna get another tire I either take that one or buy a new tire, we started going back and forth about the issue he was so rude and nasty to me. He told me he was doing me a favor i asked him how is it a favor when i am paying for the service.I told him if I cannot get another tire then he can put my tire back on and I'll find somewhere else to go at that point he's still arguing with me and told me "you ppl who come to the store I immediately cut him off and asked him what does he mean by you ppl? That's when I got upset and ask if he was the owner he said no he wasn't, I asked if I could speak to the owner he said the owner qas not there so I asked if I could get a contact number for the owner he said it's in the office. We then walked to the office another gentleman was sitting waiting. I told the worker I would never treat or talked to one of my customer the way he just spoke and treated me. He started to argue back and forth with me I told him it's ok just let me pls have the owners phone number he told me no! he's not giving me the number and if I want to Talk to the owner I should come back in the morning or whenever to speak to him. I told him no problem and I left. I would never have any of my workers treat one of my customers like this! I always say treat ppl the same way you would like to be treated. Either try and find a solution to the problem or respectfully tell the customer there is no alternative. I value great customer feedback and reviews. I always say when you treat a customer good you'll have a customer for life unfortunately Dixie tires have just lost a very good customer.
