Had a great experience at the Coconut Grove storage facility. David first gave me pricing over the phone and explained how the kiosk system worked, which made everything easier. When I showed up, Carlos appeared on the kiosk screen and walked me through the move-in costs, insurance, and gave me a code to check out the unit. Signing up was super quick—I even completed the lease right on the kiosk. Carlos followed up right away with a text that included my access code and tips on using their app. Great price, and both David and Carlos were friendly and really helpful. Highly recommend!

BEWARE IF YOU LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE YOU WILL COME BACK WITH YOUR CAR DESTROYED.
I came back to pick up my car and found it opened. I was able to get inside the car without my keys so that means someone came and managed to open the car. I found the car with trash and drinks. and also drawings outside the car.
They leave the parking wide open and anyone can enter the parking lot whenever with no security.
Also my car documentation was stolen.

I went in to get a unit last minute and was a bit skeptical about the virtual manager concept. We walked and were immediately greeted by Carlos. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He was able to work with our budget and get us moving extremely quickly. He was absolutely wonderful and we would definitely refer it to friends and family.

I've been renting a unit on a season to season basis for over the past 4 years. Carlos has been a fantastic asset to assume with the best financial setup as well as unit to benefit me. Walking me to several locations on different floors to allow me to make a final decision. Even going as far as to set up an appointment to meet me there when he was pulled between two different locations to run. He's greatly missed but I'm sure he'll continue to excelle in excellence wherever he is placed and whatever challenges he encounters

From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and valued. Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs, providing thoughtful recommendations and answering all my questions with a smile.
It’s rare to encounter someone so genuinely dedicated to helping customers, and his professionalism and positive attitude made my visit a pleasure. Anthony truly sets the standard for excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store and will definitely return because of the fantastic experience he provided!

I want to extend my gratitude to Enali, the assistant manager at the Tampa branch, for the referral, Kareen for efficiently reserving my unit, and Anthony for expertly handling the paperwork and personally showing me the facility and unit. I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service, the convenient storage location, the ease of access, the robust security measures, and the immaculate cleanliness of the facility. My experience with Safeguard has been the best so far! The location in Coconut Grove is very convenient, clean and very well organized. I was surprised to see that there is no on site manager anymore, but as you enter you get automatically connected to the team located in Miami. Thank you Team Safeguard!
