Safeguard made everything so easy for me. From the comfort of my home, I was able to get all the prices and quotes I needed, and explanation. Knowing I can handle everything at home before visiting the facility is such a relief. I really appreciate your help and Kareen is amazing.

1st of all, DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT put your stuff and valuables in this place. This storage use to be good. Let me say that again. USED TO be good.
The place IS INFESTED with Huge cockroaches. The air Conditioning is not working properly at night. I believe they turn it of to reduce cost.
Every 3 to 4 months, they elevate the prices of your unit, claiming is due to inflation and facility maintenance cost, but nothing changes in this place. This is pure B.S.
Also and this is VERY IMPORTANT. There seem to be someone staying inside this place ( living on premises ). This is UNSAFE. I will be posting pictures of the infestation so anyone can see I'm not just making this up. It's nasty and now I'm thinking all my stuff might be infested with insects.
Save your money and go somewhere else that is newer than this place.
Furthermore, if you think you will find parking on weekends and late hours! Good Luck. They have a restaurant next door that uses the storage parking for valet parking. So if you need to park to use the storage, you will not find any parking space.

Unsafe and Unmonitored — Major Safety Concerns
I’m deeply concerned about the safety and security at Self Guard Safe Storage. On one occasion, a man who appeared to be living in the facility followed me in and was acting suspiciously. It was extremely unsettling, and I didn’t feel safe.
There are clear signs that individuals may be residing inside the facility. I’ve frequently seen battery banks charging in the common areas and it looks as if someone is using the water fountain to brush their teeth. This is behavior that suggests people are living on-site.
This is a huge liability and a major safety issue for customers who expect a secure environment. There appears to be little to no staff presence or monitoring. If you’re looking for a place where your safety and the security of your belongings are taken seriously, I would not recommend this facility.

Safeguard Self Storage is a great storage for all your needs. The location is perfect, super clean all the time. And the staff is amazing. I personally have had the pleasure of having Juan help me in many occasion and has always been super professional and helpful. It is a pleasure to walk inside of this location and be greeted with a smile every time I enter the premises. Thank you Juan for all your help always.
