My payments were more and more every time! The most I paid for a 5x5 space was $120 the straw that broke that camels back was the convenience $1 fee they were also going to charge me for their surveillance system. I refuse to continue loosing money with this company . I went with another company less than a mile away paying for the same space $53, better parking, easier to load and unload.

Warning to Future Customers ! Unfair and Misleading Pricing Practices
I rented a storage unit here for three years, paying $229/month after repeated price hikes. Recently, I discovered that the same exact unit size on the same floor is now being rented for about $60/month
nearly four times less than what I was being charged!!
At no point did management notify me of these drastic price differences or offer to align my rate with current market pricing. When I questioned it, I found no reasonable explanation for why loyal customers are charged so much more than new ones.
I’ve since vacated my unit, but this experience shows a serious lack of transparency and fairness. I strongly urge anyone considering this facility to check current pricing carefully before committing — and to be wary of hidden, ongoing rate increases that can quickly make your storage cost unreasonable.

The customer service team was very friendly and helped me find the storage unit that best accommodated what I was looking. One of the other things I very happy about was the security and cleanliness of the property.
