The person who helped me was amazing! I don't remember his name but he was so helpfull and polite that made my moving experience so much better than it could have been. I had an issue the first day, he helped me to resolve and I came back a week after and he remembered everything that happened that day even my storage number, will definitelly recommend.

I've been a customer of SafeGuard Storage for 3 years with several units both for business and personal projects and have generally had good experience and service. However, in the last 3 months or so however , I started going frequently (a few times a week) to our 36th st location and met Oz, the manager there now. I must say that it's been a true pleasure and satisfaction having him help me, my employees/helpers, and even my 83 year old mother with attention and excellent service! Oz is patient, kind, efficient, fast, flexible and accommodating and overall everything you want in a manager servicing you anywhere. I asked him to make sure and send me a feedback survey link because I felt strongly and wanted to post this publicly (which I hadn't felt before during my 3 years w/ Safeguard).
So, managers and supervisors at Safeguard, as a loyal customer who has spent thousands at your facilities, I give this manager a super thumbs up and hope he's in line for a promotion soon... his work is excellent - and feel free to check my account and ping me to confirm.
To people / customers considering midtown and downtown storage, you should check out this location! And when you go there - look for and ask to meet OZ! :)

Your associate Oz is terrific. Friendly, detail oriented, quickly updated my address when it previously failed to update on the website. I have been using self-storage for three decades. SAFEGUARD Premises and storage areas are incredibly clean! No way will I ever use any one else.
