The facility is maintained well and the staff is nice. My only complain is the lack of carts I have come several times and had to wait 30+ minutes waiting for a cart to unload my vehicle. The amount of units here 3 carts is unacceptable there should be at least 6+ some customers use moving companies and they are utilizing 2 carts they should have their own. The gentleman at the desk said someone stole one and they cost $600 to replace the amount of units here I’m sure that’s not a major cost. It’s an inconvenient to have to sit here and wait like that.

Steven is awesome, clean appearance, the space is super clean, he was waiting for me and gave me a call before arriving. The price was good and he even took his time to get the best deal, I would recommend the place. It looks super safe. Steven is a super friendly and competent manager, no waiting times and the location makes it super convenient.
