This company when it comes to refunds is borderline fraudulent. The costumer service is pure trash full of useless employees. It’s been over 2 weeks of nonsense back and forth to get a refund and I still haven’t received help. They tell me a different thing everyday or a new time period to wait. This company sucks and the sheep’s who buy there also suck and are feeding the worst retail shopping of all time.

Jaquclin with red hair working in the men’s section… she was the worst sales associate I’ve ever experienced. We live in a penthouse across the st and shop here every weekend . NEVER AGAIN. She was so racist and rude .

Lovely set up and helpful staff. They had a rack with discount shoes, and the shoe sizes were not limited. There's also a nice area to sit down and try on shoes.

I’m a regular at Saks Dadeland and Bal Harbour. First time trying Brickell and I will never be back. The staff is so rude and don’t want to help. They are all upset at who knows what. I needed help with shoes and Aldo gave me a look that looked like he just wanted to go home. It was so unpleasant. Aldo was very rude and did not help me at all. He then walked away…Will never come back to this location. Go to Dadeland or Bal Harbor they’re a lot nicer there and can always order for you what’s not in stock.

This Saks is close to me, so I am reluctantly a regular. Miami is not known for great customer service, despite the money rolling around this town. This Saks is a great example of that poor customer service in what is supposed to be a luxury retailer. The staff (with some notable exceptions) is poorly trained and doesn't go above and beyond. They simply don't know how to deal with and manage luxury shoppers, which is what Saks is supposed to be. Pro tips. -- Ask for Janet. Now the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of two is because of her. She gets 5 stars herself. Give her a raise! --the platinum/elite shoppers section is in the back left corner of the second floor. But you need an appointment. I don't feel they do enough to cater to the elite shoppers. Feels like I am imposing when I come in to shop even though I am a platinum member with the right to be back there. They have to look me up and make me feel like a villain to use the space. Management needs to improve this Saks because it's not at all in line with the brand promise or the experience in other stores and cities like New York.

I just had the absolute worst experience dealing with Saks fifth. I purchased a polo bucket hat online. They sent me a different item than the one pictured. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone being that it was a sale item and was not eligible for returns. I had to dispute this and wait on hold for a very long time. Now I have to go to the store print out a new shipping label. Return the item wait until they receive the item and then wait 15 days from my money back? And I was told that in order to get the shipping refunded I’m going to have to call back after they receive the item after I just waited that long on hold to deal with this in the first place. This is inconvenient and unacceptable and I would never purchase another item from this store ever again. Horrible customer service experience. It’s not my fault that you shipped me the wrong item. I will not shop here ever again based off of the experience I just had. This company should do way better than this.

I have always wanted the Nude So Kate Christian Louboutin pumps. Being a single mother, spending has been an issue. I paid a lot less compared to what some of my friends paid when they bought their So Kate's a few years ago. I absolutely love my new shoes! Sorry, but I bought the last size 36 (at least at the time of this writing).

Horrible service. When I finally found someone to help with a size, the lady was extremely rude and refused to attend me and told me to find someone else for assistance. Definitely was a very embarrassing situation as the person who ended up helping me even asked this attendant if she wasn’t going to help me and she simply said no.

I bought an MCM backpack and they charged me 2k for it when it only costs 1k because the wrong barcode was on the backpack. They charged me for a channel bag for 2k when I bought a mcm backpack. How does this happen?? I feel like they trying to finesse people in this store now. I bought it 3 days ago and called asking about my refund and they said it takes up to 15 business days to see the refund. So basically they took 1k from me for 2 weeks and seem to not care. I always liked saks until now. Maybe I'll just have to go to neimans from now on. This is disappointing.

My experience with Saks was incredibly frustrating. I accidentally purchased the wrong size Eton dress shirts at the Saks store while on vacation in Miami on June 22nd. I then ordered the correct size through the Saks online store on June 26th. I attempted to return the original items through Saks Off Fifth, which is the only Saks location within 100 miles of my home address; they refused to accept the return. I attempted to call the Saks store in Miami during regular business hours; they did not answer the phone after waiting on the line for 42 minutes. I emailed my store receipt to Saks Fifth Avenue Customer Service and the agent offered to set up a FedEx pickup on Tuesday, July 11th. FedEx did not come on July 11th. When FedEx came on July 12th, they said they had no shipping label and no knowledge of the scheduled pickup. I again attempted to reach Saks Fifth Avenue customer service and was told they could no longer help with the return. They connected me with an Saks Fifth Avenue store in Naples FL which also refused to help. I have now spent nearly 4 hours on the phone trying to return these items. After this experience, I will never shop at Saks Fifth Avenue again. Buyer beware, you cannot return your items through the online store or a Saks Off Fifth location!

Had a really lovely experience with a beauty sales associate, Lisandra. I purchased a very expensive LED mask online several months back. It suddenly stopped working and I experienced an exhausting couple of months with online customer support service. It was sent back several times after return center didn't read the notes on the case about accepting it back. I first encountered a sales associated named Elizabeth who was incredibly unhelpful and unkind. I tried one more time before exiting the store and was rewarded by meeting Lisandra. She actually took the time to listen and understand the situation. She tested the device and could immediately see that it was faulty. She then took the appropriate measures to return the device and do the right thing. She is a treasure and Saks is lucky to have her. I wish more people took the time to really listen and try to help.
