I have been visiting these stores in different locations around Miami for a long time, and the staff has always been very kind and highly knowledgeable in what they do, with excellent customer service. However, last night at this particular location, I felt extremely poorly treated by the supervisor. She had a terrible attitude and lacked tact when dealing with customers, leaving us mid-sentence without even saying, “Excuse me for a moment,” or something similar. It is clear that she either doesn’t know her job well or simply doesn’t like it. I asked her about several products, and she said there were only two brands, both of which were unfamiliar to me, on a separate shelf.
What’s strange is that I personally found a product from a well-known brand, even though she had told me there were only the items on that separate display. When it came time to pay, I did so with a very professional young lady. However, the manager or supervisor only approached me to tell me that Sally’s policy had changed and that only electrical products can be exchanged, with no money refunds without a hint of kindness. Perhaps my years working at Bed Bath and Beyond, known for its excellent customer service, when I first came to this country 20 years ago, trained and shaped me to recognize when someone like this woman makes you feel bad, maybe without realizing it. She clearly needs the kind of training I received at that renowned store, famous for its outstanding customer service.
I don’t think I will ever visit that Sally’s again in my life.

Bad attention . Good product but what a bad service. They even handed over the items in our hands so as not to sell us the bag, according to them... Did I not understand that part?
But I repeat, poor customer service.

Good products. However, they did not provide a good customer service. The staff member charged wrong product and when I tried to return it; she charged me more for it. I tried to explain that the previous staff member made a mistake because the bottles are very similar. She sold me 2 different shampoos, one was the right one but the other shampoo was a different one. She disregarded my explanation and did not solve the problem, I ended up paying more.

I saw this beauty shop downtown, and I got fascinated by all beauty products and cosmetics that they had. The staff was so accommodating and knowledgeable. She helped me in choosing a perfect product that suits my skin. I love how organized this shop was. Everything was perfectly displayed. Gonna visit this shop again!

The staff, or the cashier that's the only one in ther e, is really rude, no customer service at all.
